As Yan Wushi banned yet another hairstylist, he sighed. Why could nobody style his hair perfectly? And why was everybody so useless?

Now you may be wondering, 'Yan Wushi, why don't you just do it yourself?? Instead of being a lazyass??' Well his answer to that question is "Like you said, Im a lazyass."

A generic answer from a generic asshole.

Yan Wushi was the type to say that he loved the hairstyle and immediately ban you from the country. That was just how his personality worked, and that's how it always was. Basically he was a grade-A butthole that liked to manipulate and play with others as if they were puppets under his string.

Hence why, Yan Wushi had a great sense of pride when he had gotten an idea as he drank his hibiscus flavoured tea, 'Why not invite hairstylists from all over the world to style my hair! I won't tell them they die if they do it wrong but I'll tell they get a great prize if they get it right! '

Of course when he told his amazing idea to Yuwen Yong, [the emperor of Northern Zhou], he immediately agreed in fear of what would happen had he declined.

And so Yan Wushi got to work. And by work he meant that he gave all his tasks to his disciples! I mean what else where they useful for anyway!

[Luo Bingmei - Am I useless Shizun :,( | Shen QingQiu - Of course you are. *hides face behind fan because OOC*]

A few hours later and the news spread like wild fire, everyone around the entire country of China heard of the news, and thousands upon thousands of people came for the prize, ten thousand yuanbao.

[A.N. = yuanbao is basically a lot of ancient Chinese money-, i googled what money in ancient China was called and this was what I got. Please clarify if it's incorrect!]

And in the midst of these thousands of people, a partially blind man with a bamboo stick roamed. He had also heard of the extremely expensive prize, and had wanted to participate. He hoped he would be good enough, and considering how ruthless Yan Wushi was known to be, he also knew there would be a terrible punishment if he does wrong.
