Knowing that everything could change quickly here in Bali, I'm just trying to evade the thought of getting caught in the bad stuff.

After our trip to the abandoned places, we targeted to leave early tomorrow to go to the temple we're all eyeing to go to. Even though it was a lost opportunity to do it earlier, in return for it, we had fun exploring the culture of the places we went.

But that doesn't mean we're ending the fun here.

Manny, our local friend, invited us to join him in a bar. No one come against the invitation and all agreed to go. Even though I just wanted to go to the bed and take a rest, I also don't want to spoil the fun and how everyone seemed to have enjoyed what was going on.

I haven't been into any bar. Never been. So, this experience would be a good thing for me to experience. I don't have this on my bucket list, but I guess this is an opportunity to try things out.

The good thing here is, we're just on the second day of our travel and I've been having a lot of fun. I'm sure, at the end of this week, I'll be able to take home a lot of experience.

When Manny brought us into this bar just around the city, I was so nervous. The people I am hanging out with are spontaneous. They all are expecting to do the craziest things which are somehow from what I intended to do. I just want to get out of my comfort zone, but if that's how they do it, I might as well try it.

The six of us plus Manny joined the crowd partying. I was a little skeptical about what I should do. If I should dance or do also something crazy.

I wanna surprise myself with it. I wanna see how far I can go.

"What do you think, Heather?" Lexie asked.

I took a deep breath before I gave her an answer. "Well, this is some kind of overwhelming for me."

"Oh, geez! Do you want to go to the corner?"

I immediately shook my head. "No! No! Don't bother to do that. We're here to have fun and this is just new to me so I'm adjusting a little bit here. But I think I'll be good. Don't worry about me. And I think if it wasn't because of you guys, I wouldn't be able to experience this."

"For real?" she asked.

I nodded. "Yes... but I'm ready for what's coming..."

And then we saw Manny coming in our direction with a glass of alcohol shots on both hands. When I saw him holding those glasses, that already clicked in my head and I know what's going to happen next.

"Heather! Do you drink?" Manny asked.

I looked into their eyes and they were all looking at me. I shifted my look back at Manny and slowly shook my head. "Never..."

"Maybe this is time to have some!" he said."Here! Take this!"

He handed me over the shot glass and then I stared at it. Lexie and then her friends started cheering on me. I gulped, scanning their thrilled faces to what I would do.

Should I try it? Or this is something that I would eventually regret?
