It was Christmas eve and the party was in full swing. Jaden sat in a throne-like chair rocking Destiny in her arms next to the Christmas tree as they started the gift exchange.

"For my brother," Jaden handed Jace the first box from under the tree. It was Tom Ford's Fucking Fabulous unisex perfume because she knew how much he cared about always smelling good.

"Good looks sis." He smiled before taking his niece out of her hands.

Desmond handed Marquis a shoebox that contained a pair of Dior Jordan 1's.

"My nigga. You know me so well." They hugged.

"Jaden boo," Dakota grabbed her bag and gave it to Jaden, which was a YSL flap Bag.

"Girl," Jaden laughed as she handed her a Chanel shopping bag with a Classic Chanel flap bag inside. "Great minds. Thank you so much for this." She thanked the newest addition to their group. Desmond and Marquis were happy that their women were so close now.

The Brothers gifted their mother a completely remodeled Kitchen on the home they bought her a few years ago, but she already knew about the gift and planned to come stay with Desmond and Jaden while the work was being done which would be starting after the new year.

"For my niece," Marquis said pulling a folder out from under the tree and handing it to Jaden.

"You bought Destiny a clothing boutique?" Jaden announced.

"Yeah. We building generational wealth around here."

"Look at the next page," Jace told her.

"Y'all bought my baby some land?" She said tears filling her eyes. "Come here." She grabbed and hugged both of them.

Desmond smiled at the interactions because he never would've imagined his life being this way when they met. This woman was everything he needed in his life.

"I have a surprise for everyone," He announced, handing Jaden a folder.

"What's this?" She opened it, seeing papers.

"A family trip," he smiled, "Can you give everybody a ticket?"

Jaden nodded smiling widely at her husband before walking around the room and handing out tickets to everyone.

Jaceon, Marquis, Dakota, Doreen, Desmond, and one for herself.

"There's one left," Jaden announced. "Does Destiny need a ticket?"

Desmond grinned at her as he heard the footsteps from the hall.

"Y'all not goin on a trip without Big Ken."

Everyone turned to see Kenneth enter the room.

"POPS!" Jace shouted with wide eyes, "How?"

"My God!" Doreen burst into tears as she ran over and grabbed her husband, "What are you doing here?"

Desmond chuckled and walked over to his parents with Destiny in his arms, who was now awake from all the commotion, "I'm sorry Ma. I knew you'd be surprised, but I didn't think you'd cry like this."

"Hallelujah, thank you, Jesus!" She kept repeating as Kenneth rubbed circles in her back.

"What up OG OG. I know you ain't break out that joint did you?" Marquis questioned.

"Y'all don't know how hard it's been keeping this secret. A nigga been busy." Desmond sighed.

"Yeah, I see," Jaden said slyly. She definitely would be talking to him about this later.

"Let me see my grandbaby." Kenneth reached out for the little girl once his wife calmed down.

"Desmond, how did you do this?" Doreen asked.

"When you're one of God's favorites, things can happen." He winked at his mother, "we'll talk about all that later. For now, enjoy your husband."

Everyone was together for the first time in a long time. Jaden was so happy to have such an amazing family through her husband. Desmond had found her father, and brought his own father home from a lengthy prison sentence.

Everything was as it should be. In less than a year, their lives had changed. But they wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
