Attack fed into attack
Bastions arrived to end a threat
Colonel against caliph
Dedicated to peace and safety
Everyone is a target
Fringing with stealth
Guns feed a starving reality
History repeated itself
Instinct drives the petty to evil
Jagged cliffs breed danger
Kill or be killed in the sands
Lone soldiers without an army
Mangled dreams
Negotiating with one's enemy
One nation of many sworn under God
Power is fleeting
Questions begin to rise
Rangers scout and scour
Survival became key
Tiresome endeavors led to nothing
Undercover victories and losses
Vivid colors fade from sight
Willpower can never be broken
X marked the spot
Yet where will it lead?
Zooming out of the fight
