The innovators of the desert sands
Rely on sorrowful slave bands
The Hittite king and his ingenious court
Needs either battle or to abort
The shipbuilders of the coast
Have little land to boast
The golden clad of Greece
Never see danger cease
A new force comes into play
Out from the open blue bay
From where and who nobody knows
Unaware of what each sailor tows
Tidings of attack, a thirst for blood
An invasion from the water like a flood
The world is changed in a flash
A way which cultures clash
Few survive intact or not
Entire realms and empires rot
Only the land of the pyramids is left
As a dark age sets in with heft
