Metal against metal made Kristian's nerves explode, causing her to shoot out of bed just to catch herself on the floor like a few others. The room was in silent panic as they all looked at the source of the noise just to see Amar in a black tactical jacket and pants, strapped and ready. The usually smug look on his face was a deep emotionless line of his lips and dark eyes.

Kristian barely could make out the time on her watch, she'd only been asleep for an hour, maybe forty-five minutes at most really. How was it only two?

"Ten minutes, get outside and on the train!" Amar shouted, causing some to jump from the unusual stern-tone. He eyed the motionless room and his eyes turned to daggers. "I said move!"

Kristian barely managed to get off of the floor without slipping, frantically pulling out the combative gear they'd been given day one. She almost ripped the baggy shirt off of her and pulled on her shirt. She slipped her sweats off and the pants on, buckling them quickly as she grabbed her socks and boots, as well as throwing her jacket over her shoulder. A few others copied her as she was one of the first to run out -- it took a while to get over there. Some of the guys ran past her, just barely slipping on their jackets as some others were dressed, except for their boots.

Kristian cringed running over the grated portion of the tunnel past the chasm's cliff, but kept up in the lead towards the rest.

The brunette climbed onto the motionless train, panting like the others as she slid to the wall. She set her boots in front of her and her jacket next to her as the final few came into view and the train began to go. They cried out, panicking, some just making it.
Kristian swiped her bare feet of dirt and glanced across from her to see Four sitting down with Zeke and Shauna.

"What is this?" Kristian asked, looking over at Amar and the Dauntless-born instructor, Janet.

Shauna shrugged as she zipped up her jacket.

"I have a theory, but I won't spoil it." Zeke said.

Kristian took notice of most of the Dauntless borns already being dressed completely -- must be nice growing up ready for anything. "Why wake us up at two in the morning after we were drinking?" Kristian asked, slipping on her socks then boots.

    "Planned, maybe?" Kristian said quietly.

She finished tying her boots as the train took its pace. She dug into her pocket for a hair tie and put it in a messy bun before crossing her arms and resting her head back as the others broke into quiet conversations. Two pints and a shot before going to bed, it was something she sort of regretted, but it hadn't seemed to hit her yet aftermath wise yet. She rubbed her temple, looking over towards Amar and Janet who were whispering to each other. Her eyes went from them to drifting to each person, and it was a mix of nerves and excitement, as well as some just falling right back to sleep.

Amar nodded, mouthing something to Janet which made her laugh as he stepped forward, dropping a bag which made a loud clunk that pulled everyone's attention. "Gather around, kids," Amar gestured and waved his arms towards him as they got up or scooted closer, "Wargames! This is a Dauntless tradition of ours, a game of capture the flag with the usage of airsoft rifles -- don't worry, they hurt like a bitch," Amar said, grinning as he looked out the train doors window to see where they were.

A Dauntless-born raised his hand. Amar nodded to him. "What's the point of the rifles when we could just race to each other's flags?"

"Because it's more fun to shoot your enemy and slow them down with a gun rather than chase them." Janet said, reaching into the bag and pulling out two of the rifles. One was larger than the other with a different sort of sight. "A nice mix here too. Anyways, two teams!" Janet looked around as Amar showed two different coloured types of bb-pellets of red and blue.
"Amar, would you like to choose your losing team first?"
