Chapter 15

Percy POV (again):

When I had gotten out of the shower I put on the clothes that Will brought me and walked back out to Thalia, Annabeth, Chiron, and Will but they weren't alone Apollo had come back. I noticed that Apollo looked very...what's the word...unapolloish he was very downcast and grim.

"What is it? What happened?" Chiron answered me

"Percy come sit we have to discuss some issues" I looked at Will and Thalia they looked as confused as I felt, when I looked at Annabeth she looked the same. I went over, sat next to her and intertwined our fingers.

"Lord Apollo, what happened?" He looked at me and Annabeth and started to explain,

"Percy, Annabeth you know how the gods said that we would try and suppress your nightmares?"

"Yeah" we said together he sighed and continued

"We tried to last night as a trial, but instead it somehow made it worse, our efforts had the opposite effect than what we thought they would, as a result Annabeth's wounds that she sustained in..." He paused when he saw us tense

"...that place..." we relaxed a bit at that

"...Her wounds somehow reopened…in a way...it's hard to explain...the Gods and I don't know how or why yet but we are trying to figure it out and seeing as it's you two and all you've done for the Gods we're all trying to help every single one of us even Zeus and Hades. We think that it may have something to do with the threats made against you by the daughter of Athena and the son of Ares, we think that the threats they made about taking you away from each other, breaking you up have taken their toll and that you might be starting to believe them witch may have affected you in this way and we're pretty sure that unless these doubts of yours stop your nightmares and flashbacks will only get worse " he stopped and looked at us waiting for a response, when we didn't give one he said

"Ok it's a lot to process I know so I'll go and come back when you're ready ok" with that Thalia and Will put their hands over our eyes (because we were so shocked by the news that we were completely out of it) and Apollo flashed out as soon as Annabeth became coherent and what Apollo had said registered she promptly burst into tears and buried her face in my chest which snapped me out of my daze. I put my arms around her and buried my face into her shoulder so only she could tell that I had started to cry as well.

Annabeth POV: 

I don't know how long I cried for but before I could feel Percy crying into my shoulder he had stopped but I didn't move because I knew he wouldn't want Chiron, Will and Thalia to see him like that. I stopped crying but we kept hold of each other. At some point I had curled up in his lap. After a while of just sitting there hugging each other we broke apart and looked at each other

"I love you Percy" I said

"I love you to Annabeth so much, so so much I always will, forever" then he kissed me a sweet passionate and perfect kiss we were only broken apart when we heard the faint sound of a camera clicking and  a very quiet

"Awwwww” from someone. We broke apart and looked towards the sound our eyes landed on Will who had a camera out and pointing at us, we looked at him as if to ask was that you? He looked back at us and pointed towards Thalia who went red. I got up and smiled at her then gave her a hug

"Thank you for coming Thals" I whispered in her ear

"Any time Annie" I didn't even get mad about the nickname anymore. I broke away from the hug and turned towards Will
