Agh! I reached over to try turn it off but couldn't find the dam thing, I finally found it but of course in the process I knocked everything else off of my side table. Anyway I didn't say before but my name is Perseus Jackson but everyone calls me Percy I'm the son of Sally Jackson and Poseidon Greek god of the sea yes which makes me a demigod half mortal half god and yes it also means I fight off monsters and stuff except when I'm at Camp Half Blood our safe haven.
I was thinking of all my summer's there with my friends, and Annabeth, my beautiful Wise Girl, gods do I miss her and everyone else of course but mainly her, her beautiful blonde princess curls, her stormy grey eyes... At least I had a good dream last night you see since Annabeth and I got back from... you know where we've both been suffering from flashbacks and worse nightmares gods that place...my thoughts were interrupted by my mum calling through the door.
"Percy come on get up it's your first day back at school"
Agh dam it school I forgot about that, I got up had a shower brushed my teeth went and outside to the kitchen to see my mum at the table eating and reading the paper.
"Morning mum, where's Paul?"
"Morning sweetie he had to get to school early there's some new students, you gotta get going school starts in 20 minutes"
"Ahh schist"
"Excuse me"
"nothing sorry bye mum love you" I kissed her on the cheek grabbed an apple and my book bag from the counter, just as I got to the door though mum called back and tossed me something.
"Keys?"
"Check the garage"
"Are you joking?"
Mum just smiled and walked away.
When I got to the garage I saw a bright blue pickup truck I would've jumped for joy but by this time I only had 5 minutes to get to school I jumped in my car and drive off to school.
Annabeth POV:
Oh my gods I thought. I'm finally going to a normal school but not just any school I'm going to Goode, Percy's high school I'm so excited I get to see my Seaweed Brain of course I'm gonna miss camp so much but Chiron said we could still visit on weekends, I'm not the only one that moving to Goode the gods decided that me the rest of the seven from the prophecy plus Thalia, the Stolls, Calypso (Leo asked the gods to release Calypso from Ogigiya)
(Idk how to spell it) and Katie (Travis and Katie wouldn't be parted after the last war none of the couples would. Percy and I had to the gods made us worst mistake we made though since we've parted my flashbacks and nightmares from...that place have been getting worse and more frequent)
Anyway at the moment we were all in the car park walking into school while we were walking we were all getting looks and whisper they all went along the lines of.
"Dibs on the blonde" (in your dreams)
"Damn the girls are hot" for the guys or
"Whoa are you seeing the boys"
For the girls.
This is going to be an interesting year.
