Demigods: A High School Experience

Chapter 3

Percy POV:

I woke up with a start not knowing where I was so I closed my eyes and then I started to remember what happened earlier how Cassidy slapped me, me blacking out and—wait a minute I saw Annabeth my eyes shot open and searched the room sure enough there she was sleeping in a chair beside me, I don't know how I didn't wake her up when I almost jumped out of the bed so I gently shook her shoulder till she woke up, when I she woke up fully I just kissed her, right there in the middle of what I figured out to be the schools sick bay, our lips moved in sync and we didn't part for who knows how long but unfortunately we had to breathe.

"hey there Seaweed Brain"
"hey there Wise Girl, what are you doing here?"

"the gods decided to send us here for a proper education"
"us?"

"yea me the seven, Thalia, the Stolls, Calypso and Katie"
"wow you're all here"

"Yep" she said popping the 'p'
"awesome let's go"

I went to get up from the bed but she pushed me back down.

"oh no you don't, I'll go get the school nurse to do I final check-up otherwise she won't let you leave"
"arg fine but be quick"

She came back a few minutes later with the nurse who checked my pulse, my head (from when I fell to the floor) and did the weird flash light in my eyes thing, then she said I was free to go back to classes so hand in hand with my wise girl we walked to our Greek language/myth class, luckily we weren't late and the teacher wasn't there yet. We walked in and went to the only seats that weren't taken which were of course smack bang in the middle of the room, we sat down just as the teacher walked in and said that the seats we were sitting on would be our permanent spots for the year.

The teacher started off the class by asking if any on knew how to speak Greek me, Annabeth, Jason, Piper, Leo, Calypso, Hazel, Frank, Connor, Travis, Katie and Tahlia (is it bad that I only just noticed them all sitting there?) raised their hands. The teacher didn't believe it so he asked me and Annabeth to demonstrate. As I was walking up the front I was getting weird looks from the non-demigod girls in class are they giving me dreamy looks and then I noticed I wasn't the only one getting looks the guys in the room were pretty much drooling over Annabeth all I just gave them a death glare. We got to the front of the class and started our demonstration... After we finished our conversation which was mostly about the looks we were both getting and the look on their faces when we first started talking which made us and the other demigods laugh our a**es off we went back to our seats. The teacher called up another pair unfortunately I remembered these guys straight away I think I actually physically cringed at the sight of them these guys were the popular jock a guy called Darrian and the queen b**ch of the school Madison,
(AN SORRY if these names are yours or a friend's but they were the first ones that popped into my head sorry) when they started talking the conversation went sort of like this

(speech is in Greek)
"can you buffalo macho"(queen b**ch)
"I know fairies are Kool right"(jock)
"I hate my elephant"(queen b)
" Are you kidding I LOVE my little pony"(jock)

(Greek stops)

This went on for another fifteen minutes and all of us demigods were cracking up so much I nearly fell off my chair, Annabeth had tears in her eyes, Leo was already on the floor and Jason Piper and the others had lost it just as much as we did of course they were talking like they actually knew what they were saying which made it 10 times funnier. I said to the others between laughs

(in Greek)

"We...t...totally...sh...should have tap..ped thahahat hahahahahaha"

I think Leo tried to say something but he was cracking up so much he couldn't say anything.

Once we had all recovered from our laughing fits the whole class including the teacher was looking at us like we were phyco's which of course would've sent us into another fit of laughter but then.
RRRRRIIIIIINNNNNNGGG!!!

It was time for lunch we gathered our stuff and headed to our lockers which were conveniently located next to each other as we got there Leo pulled out his phone (he and his cabin had produced a monster proof SIM card after the war) and pulled up a video he took in class of Darrian and Madison trying to talk in Greek we all made him send it to us (they'd brought my phone to school for me) this was turning out to be a good day...but then...
