Tony was able to successfully slip out of bed without them noticing and slip his loafers on. He buttoned his shirt and zipped his fly as Tony left the apartment. He clambered down the stairs and was about to pull the door outwards when it didn't budge. He tried again and again, but nothing happened.

Tony peered through the window and noticed snow that was falling and blocking the exit.
"Ya know, I did warn you about this yesterday, but you insisted on coming back to my place," a voice came from behind. He turned and saw Y/N in a blue crew neck and gray sweatpants leaning against the staircase with their arms crossed and a big smirk on their face.

"Can't blame a guy for trying," Tony said as he followed Y/N back to their place. He usually wasn't the type to stay the next morning, having no time for attachments with a company to run. This got him worried about Stark Industries as he started to fidget whilst sitting on the couch.

"Are you alright?" Y/N asked. "In all honestly, not really." He says, trying to stop his leg from bouncing. "You are Mr. Famous Tony Stark are you not?" Y/N asks.

"It ain't easy, trust me?"

"You make it seem so luxurious being CEO and all."

"You see, that's the fucking reputation I have to keep up. And when the company that you run has the tendency of getting into the bad limelight in the press, it's not as easy as you may think. There are multiple companies and even countries that are counting on me and the work that I put out. It was easier when my father ran it back in the day because there wasn't so much noise. I always have to make more products and -"

Tony stopped short once he noticed Y/N's staring, "What are you staring at?"

"I'm just amazed. You're nothing like what they say about you." Tony rolled his eyes in response and waved them off, "Yeah yeah, that's just because I am still feeling the effects from last night." Y/N just chuckled lightly in response and walked towards their refrigerator. "Maybe take a day off and just enjoy these pancakes I'm about to make alright?" they said while checking for the eggs.

"If it makes you feel better, you can use my laptop for your work stuff. The password is 7530." Tony went into their bedroom to find a small dark wood desk with their computer. He opened it up to find a photo of Y/N hugging an older guy. He typed in the code, and the laptop buzzed with life. Instead of doing work, Tony immediately looked into more of Y/N's photos.

He then realized that you weren't a stranger to his parties and noticed the background of some of New Years Eve ones. He saw that you practically went everywhere, and didn't stay very long, due to the time stamps on your photos. Blah blah blah

"I thought you were sooo busy," Y/N said, alerting their presence to Tony who jumped. "Do you like to sneak up on people?" Y/N shrugged, and simply stated, "It's a hobby. Let's eat."

Once he took the first bite of the pancake, it triggered a memory. One of his parents. It flooded his brain like it was yesterday, the feeling of someone making him a delicious breakfast that actually tasted good. He stared at his plate in thought, until his breathing caught up to his racing mind.

"Tony, areee you okay?" Y/N hesitantly said. His hands started to shake as his breathing became out of his control. Y/N rushed to his side, "Hey hey you'll be okay," they reassured him. That didn't work because of his shaky hands and continued loss of breath.

They grabbed one of his hands and placed it on his chest, "Hey," Y/N sternly said. Tony looked at the worried look on their face, "Look at me and breathe with me." He nodded.

His thoughts drifted to his hand on Y/N chest. The rhythmic breathing they had traveled from his pulse to his chest. He let out a shaky but steady breath as Y/N told him to try another. After doing that until Tony lost count, he was able to regain his composure. "That was embarrassing," he scoffed.

"That was you being human," Y/N retorted. Tony raised an eyebrow. "People have panic attacks all the time. It's what makes us who we are."

"How did you know what to do?"

"When I was a flight attendant, I had to calm people's plane anxiety all the time. That was all the photos you saw of me everywhere. I don't sit still very well," Y/N smiled at the memory. (More minutia)

"Why don't we enjoy the snow day with some games and movies?" Y/N said.

"I think I would love to." Tony said. He actually put their name in his phone, something he had never done when hooking up. He then realized that Y/N wasn't just going to be a one-night stand.
