Back in school and I feel like shit... real quick- do you think I should do oneshots of y/n with the Tokyo Manj revengers?🤔 I've been thinking about it for a while now or like a story similar to it.

The moon was hiding in between the clouds and everyone was enjoying sweet and spicy tofu with soba noodles. Y/n was braiding Nezko’s hair into one big braid to the side. "I need one more thing." I take out one of my hair clips that matches my outfit clipping it on Nezko’s hair. "Done! I hope you like it!" I led Nezko to the bathroom and made her look in the mirror. She smiles admiring her hairstyle looking at it from different angles. Nezko pulls me into a warm embrace and I return the gesture. We both walk out of the bathroom and she immediately shows her brother. Y/n sits down on the vacant seat grabbing her dish. I quietly spoke a quick prayer closing my eyes and when I finished started eating my dinner. 

"Y/n are you going to leave early in the morning?" Tanjiro sits down beside me with his dish. "Actually Sakonji wants to check out something with my abilities. I'm staying here for a couple of days." Tanjiro hesitated before speaking and whispered, "you should run while you still have the chance. He pushed me down a waterfall…" "I heard that." Sakonji crossed his arms leaving out for a bit leaving us alone. "I'll be fine~ he can't be worse than my caregiver. Now that woman will make you regret living," my hairs raise on my neck and arms causing me to shudder, recollecting those horrible days of training.

"I wanted to be with you a bit longer. U-until you uh a-arrive to your new home of course!" Tanjiro slurps up his noodles flushed in the face. "Awe~ me too! Traveling with someone you like is way more fun than getting drowned in your thoughts." Y/n bumps Tanjiro playfully with a small smirk and he starts choking on his food for a moment. "Ahh! Are you okay?!" I stood up abruptly in case I needed to get behind him. He waves his arms frantically, "I-I'm fine! Just you said something that caught me off guard." I squinted my eyes, turning my head to the side not remembering saying anything bad. "You said you liked me?" 

Tanjiro was interrupted by Sakonji opening the door. "We have a long day tomorrow Y/n. I finished setting everything up for you so make sure to get plenty of rest." Sakonji bid us goodnight disappearing into his bedroom. "Tomorrow, are you going to head back the way we came?" I asked Tanjiro sitting back down next to him. "Yeah I have to help out at the inn I stayed at since, my friends and I caused them some trouble." I finished eating the rest of my noodles while we continued chatting and laughing. Tanjiro started to yawn in between his words and I realized we were talking for almost two hours. 

"We should head to bed, come on," I wasn't really tired considering I'm more of a night owl (insomniac) than an early bird. I offered to take care of the dishes while he sleepily walked to the room opposite of Sakonji's. I joined him inside the room seeing Nezko and himself fast asleep in their beds. I crawled in my bed loosening my clothes a bit to get comfortable and fell on top of my pillow. Y/n eventually fell asleep dreaming of made up scenarios until the sun started to creep up over the trees. During this time Sakonji tried waking her up even though she was stubborn. Eventually after a few moments she rose from her slumber getting ready for the day of hell. 

Y/n put on the first thing she saw which consisted of orange and brown colors. She put on a long sleeve soft orange crop top and baggy bark-colored pants that tied at the bottom. Her hair was in a bun to the side while an orange and white scarf was tied around her head. Y/n met up with Sakonji where they met yesterday, except the tree seemed bizarre. The tree looked like it was dying rapidly; the leaves crunchy and black, the bark shriveled or seemed like someone chiseled away at it. It was nothing like it was before. "What? How did I do this?" I questioned myself observing my newfound abilities intrigued by the results. 

"That's what I need to investigate," Sakonji walks toward me with a fan, fanning himself, his footsteps crackling on the stones near the water. "My first form could never do this much damage before! Even on the way here, I didn't think it did that much damage." I glanced back at Sakonji with an uneasy feeling in the depths of my stomach. "It's a slow yet effective way to kill your enemies. I'm sure you wouldn't have noticed since it hides itself in your light." Sakonji beckons for me to follow him strolling past the tree casually. "Uh 'it?' As in my power is conscious or intelligent?" I step over the tree mouthing 'sorry' as if it had feelings...I certainly hope it doesn't. I caught up with Sakonji walking beside him up a few hills and valleys constantly walking up. He explained my ability is doing what it must to keep me alive for its own account. 

I wondered why it picked a clumsy host though, not the wisest decision to make. However, it could only be inherited through genetics so that might explain it. "In order to understand and manipulate this power you need to learn how to control your light." Sakonji stopped in his tracks and we gazed down at the abundance of trees as birds flew to the sun that was more visible over the trees. I take a deep breath seeing the town I'm going to stay in in the far distance. "Now let's begin, return to this point within an hour," Sakonji pushed y/n off the cliff casually as he took a seat on a stump. Her scream was soon drowned out by the distance as he took out his container of water giving it a swig.
