"Hey Bae, wouldn't it be nice if one of your books gets a movie adaptation?" Says Irys as she clings onto her wife's arms. She continued, "you're a famous author, it's only a matter of time until you could get a movie adaptations"
"Well, would you be the director it if I actually get one?" Bae raised her brows, smirking which melts Irys's heart. She loves it when her wife gets smug, it's adorable.
Irys leaned in and closed the gap between them and deepened their kiss, soft moans came out of Bae's mouth as her wife shifted from kissing her lips down to her neck.
"If that's what you want my love, then your wish is my command."

"What's my schedule for today, Kronii?" Bae asked as she tapped her shoes on the ground impatiently.
Kronii raised her brow showing an annoyed facial expression "why are you asking me that? I'm not your assistant, I am your publisher." Kronii crossed her arms.
"I know that but I genuinely don't know my schedule for today."
Kronii sighed in defeat. "Not much honestly, you just have to meet the director of your books movie adaptation and then you go lock yourself in your room and watch romance movies by yourself"
Bae responded with a chuckle. After her divorce with her ex wife, watching romance movies every night has been a part of her routine. Not because she misses her or anything, it's just so she could get inspiration for the books she writes. She's able to focus without someone trying to interfere with her work.
"Hey, Kronii, do you wanna stop by a cafe before we meet up with the director? I want coffee"
Kronii nodded and both of them entered the car. The street on their way to the cafe was way too familiar. It was the street where she and Irys would walk on their way home together when they were still in high school.
Bae sighed as the warm memory played in her mind.
They arrived at the cafe and ordered their drinks. Kronii studied the scripts for the movie to make sure it's perfect. Bae on the other hand was busy minding her business.
"Have you been here before Bae?" Asked Kronii, trying to strike a small talk.
"I've been here a lot back in highschool" Bae answered honestly
"With your friends?"
"Hmm.. No, not a friend.. someone more than that"
She smiled warmly from the fond memory of a certain person. They'd often come and hang out… well, more like having a date. It's hard to believe 10 years of them together was so easily shattered.
The two of them continued to drink and talk until it was time. Kronii drove them to the holo studio. Bae used to come here to pick up her ex wife but now she was here to work as well. She's hoping she wouldn't bump into her, it would be very awkward.
Kronii opens the door to the director's office and Bae froze. Irys was in front of her, staring at her with the same confusion that she has. 'Irys… you're still as beautiful as ever..' she thought to herself.
"Hello director. I'm Baelz Hakos, the author of A Little Hope in Chaos," says Bae as she shows her courtesy. "Long time no see" she whispered softly.
