Chapter Fourteen- The Meeting

          When the following Monday came, I was prepared to learn the identities of the puella magi I needed to exterminate. Each night, I had the same dream over and over again, telling me to kill puella magi’s. I knew that I had to do it now, just to stop this madness. I had to kill all these innocent magical girls and boys for the sake of my sanity. After school I met up with Justin and discussed battle tactics. I didn’t know what magical boy he’d be or even what his outfit looked like. Just then, Joshua joined us and we immediately dropped the topic. We couldn’t risk him finding out because he can have a soft spot and warn the puella magi. Joshua, Justin and I were sitting on the steps of the school. People were constantly going in-and-out of the school so it made it hard to get comfortable. I brushed my hand against the stone steps which really needed a good sweeping.

Justin: “Joshua?”

Joshua: “Yes Justin?”

          Justin raised his hand a bit to show him his magical boy ring. Joshua’s eyes glimmered as much as Justin’s purple and silver soul gem ring.

Joshua: “NO WAY!”

Ethan: “Yes way, he made a wish with Kyubey”

Joshua: “What was the wish you made?”

Justin: “That’s classified for now”

          Joshua groaned and took out his cellphone. He placed his headphones over his head and turned on his music. If I was going to ask Joshua who the other puella magi are, it would be now.

Ethan: “Joshua?”

          Joshua took off his headphones and shut off his music.

Joshua: “Hm?”

Ethan: “You said there are more puella magi in this city and all of them currently reside in this school. So who are they?”

Joshua: “Why are you asking me that?”

Ethan: “Because after thinking long and hard, Justin and I want to join the group”

          Joshua’s eyes lit up in amazement. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this happy before. Justin averted his eyes from the road ahead and looked at both of us.

Joshua: “Really?!”

Justin: “Yeah really”

          Joshua jumped with joy and took out his cellphone once more. He made various different calls, telling them to meet him at a precise location. The precise location was the roof of the school.

Justin: “Who was that?”

Joshua: “The other puella magi, follow me”

          Justin and I followed Joshua through the school, all the way up to the restricted area of the school. The restricted area was a fourth floor, but it burned down and was closed off for safety reasons. Once Joshua busted the lock on the fourth floor doors, we both stepped inside. We walked down a long, charcoal black corridor before two glass doors met our gaze. We strolled through those glass doors which led to the roof. On the roof were five girls who sat upon an air conditioner system, waiting for our arrival. I immediately recognized two of them.

          The first one I recognized was the girl with the fiery hair, Zuleika Valez. She was the only girl with abnormal colored hair, which made the other girls seem like pretty normal people. Zuleika had on a white sweatshirt that had the word “Hope” imprinted on it in blue block letters. Her tight red leggings matched the color of her hair, colliding with the color of her black high-heeled boots.
