Chapter 20: It's Time!

"I'm so happy we're together again" Brooke sighed happily

"Indeed" Sid nodded as Manny spoke up

"You should've seen them, they were nearly walking" Gavin said

"Really? I wish we could've seen that" Shira smiled as Diego nodded in agreement

"My guess, we should all go back home"

"No problemo, now it's just smooth sailing back to home!" Min said happily

"Aah! Oh, no!"

They all bolted their heads towards Noa who groaned in pain while holding her belly

"Noa, what is it?!" Kai asked worriedly as he held her

"The baby's coming!" Noa gasped

"What? Now?! Can't you try to hold it in or something?!" Min asked frantically as Manny hit the back of his head with his trunk and Min yelped in return

"Min, calm down" Keevah assured

"Oh, my gosh! Ok, just keep breathing" Brooke said gently as and Kai both held her hands

"You won't be breathing anymore"

The herd jolted their heads towards Morana who had an evil grin on her face, behind her were Scott, Cavin, Jarod and Leo who were growling at the herd

"B-b-but how?!" Sid gasped

"They must've followed us all the way here!" Manny gasped

"That's right! And now, you shall be destroyed!" Morana growled as she lunged at Noa, only to get knocked down by Manny

"Quick! This way!" Gavin yelled as he pointed at the cave

Kai, Brooke and Keevah lead Noa to the cave and carefully laid her down onto the ground

Keevah put the cubs in the corner of the cave where they would be safe

"Ok, you're doing good, Noa. Just keep breathing, that's really important" Keevah said as Noa nodded while groaning in pain

Meanwhile, the herd and the cave lions were circling around while glaring and growling at each other

"I've waited to long for this" Morana grinned evilly

"We too" Shira growled

The cave lions attacked, bit and scratched Diego, Shira, Nathan and Ryan as the four sabers fought back. The rest were guarding the cave where Noa was giving birth

Kai kissed Noa's head as he grabbed his spear

"You're doing good. Now, don't worry. I'll be back" Kai assured

"P-promise?" Noa whimpered

"Promise" Kai replied with a warm smile

He ran out of the cave and threw his spear at Morana and it pierced her shoulder

Morana roared in pain as she pulled out the spear

"Good one, mate" Buck complimented yet staying focused

"YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS!" Morana roared

"We need to get them away from here!" Kai called

Buck looked behind the cave lions and the wolf and saw the cliff that would surely led to their end if they fall over

He looked behind and saw a bunch of boulders above them. And that gave him and idea

"I've got an idea" Buck said

"What?" Manny asked

The weasel winked at him and pointed at the cliff and the boulders

"I got it" Manny nodded as everyone else did as well

What is it? Staring to lose now?" Scott scoffed

"Oh, no. Just wait!" Diego growled as everyone went down with the plan
