Chapter 4: Keevah

Manny and Julian immediately ran over to see what was going on

Only to see Min and Kai hugging the human girl as they laughed in joy

"What the-" Julian started, dumbfounded

"I thought you guys were dead" the girl sighed in relief as she turned to the two mammoths

"And I didn't know you got into a herd" the girl said as she backed away a little

"Don't be scared, they won't do anything" Min assured her

"These are Manny and Julian" Kai introduced

"Nice to meet you, I'm Keevah" the girl said to the two mammoths

"Nice to meet you too" Julian replied

"Come on, let's introduce you to the others" Min said

The group walked back to the herd with Keevah, the herd was relieved nothing bad had happened to the boys, but were curious about Keevah

"Hey, who is this?" Peaches asked curiously

"This is our old friend, Keevah. Keevah, this the herd that we've found and we've been a family ever since" Min replied

"Really? That's so cool" Keevah smiled

"Keevah, allow me to introduce you to someone special" Kai said as Keevah nodded curiously

Kai walked over to Noa and wrapped his arm around her shoulder

"This is my wife, Noa. Noa, this is Keevah" Kai said

"Nice to meet you, Keevah" Noa said as she shook Keevah's hand

"Nice to meet you too, No-" Keevah started, but noticed Noa's pregnant belly

Keevah then looked at Kai with wide eyes

"Are you?..." Keevah started as Kai nodded proudly

"Oh, my god. Congratulations you two!" Keevah congratulated happily

"Thanks" Noa and Kai thanked

"Just one question, how did you get here? We thought you got killed like the rest of our tribe" Min asked Keevah

"I made it through. I clung to a piece of wreckage and washed up on the mainland days later and ever since then I was alone, until I found you a few seconds ago" Keevah sighed

"Yeah, we're just glad you're ok" Kai said

"Can I ask you a question, Noa?" Keevah asked

"Of course" Noa replied

"How did you two met?" Keevah asked

"Well, me and my cousins met him and Min in the forest and allowed them to join us, because they were being terrorized by cave lions... and that caused the cave lions to go after me, but they're defeated and won't be showing up again" Noa explained to Keevah

"Wow... wait! Cave lions? Terrorized?" Keevah asked

"Yeah" Min and Kai replied

"And why did they go after you?" Keevah asked Noa

"... my birth family was wiped out by those same cave lions. The leader's mate had been killed by my birth father and he thought everyone had to pay for what he has done. Including me..." Noa sighed sadly as Kai wrapped his arm around her

Kai took out the same stone plate were the old painting of her birth parents and herself as baby were on

"She's that baby from that tribe, remember the story?" Kai asked as Keevah looked at the plate in pure shock

"Oh, my god! You're- oh, I'm so sorry" Keevah gasped as she felt bad for Noa

"It's ok, I have a loving family. And having a baby within a few days" Noa smiled

"Ok, that's only good" Keevah smiled as she saw Lily and Chase looking curiously at her

"Aww, who are those little guys?" Keevah cooed

"Those are my baby cousins, Lily and Chase" Noa replied

"And soon they'll walk" Diego said as Shira nodded

"Keevah, what do you say about staying here?" Manny asked

"Really?" Keevah asked

"Yeah, friends of Min and Kai are also our friends" Ellie said

"I'd love to stay here" Keevah replied

"WHOO-HOO!" Min cheered as he let himself fall on the grass

The others just stared down at him in confusion

"Min always had an eye for her" Kai whispered to Noa as she nodded while smirking

Meanwhile, Scott and Leo were secretly watching them

"They're so gonna get it!" Leo giggled quietly

"Come on, we're gonna tell the boss" Scott said as they sprinted back to the Mountain of Despair
