"Make your move, baby. Now's as good a time as any." Monty whispered, nudging me towards Ollie. I thought back to the move he had taught me once I finally admitted my feelings, promising that it was a very romantic gesture. As soon as my arm draped across Ollie's shoulders, her lips quirked upwards into a small smile and she leant into my touch. My eyes darted down to Sundrop, who was clinging to Ollie, allowing themself to be held like a baby. I tried to keep my expression clear, but I couldn't help wishing that they weren't here so that her arms would be free to hold me instead.

"Wow. What a movie." Monty wiped a tear from his eye as the credits began to roll.

"Are you seriously crying at Mulan?" Roxy jested.

"No! I'm crying at a beautiful story of love and war."

"You're such a drama queen." Chica sighed.

"Hey!"

"Silly Gator." He looked over at Sundrop, only replying with a tut. Sundrop pouted and gripped Ollie's t-shirt. I felt sorry for both of them. Monty was seriously injured, and was rightfully wary. But Sundrop clearly felt bad about the whole thing, and they hadn't even cleared up what they knew about the situation.

"C'mon, Sunny. Let's get you back to the daycare."

"Aw, alright."

"I'll come with you." I blurted out as the pair started leaving, rushing after them and ignoring Chica and Roxy laughing behind me.

"Thank you. The film made me happy." Sunny squeezed Ollie in a tight hug as we reached the entrance to the daycare. I noticed that they spoke pretty well when they were calm, but when they were upset or hyper, they spoke more like a child would, and I couldn't help but wonder if being around under-5's all day every day affected that.

"I'm glad." We waved as he entered, then started to walk back to the others in silence. "Is something wrong, Freddy?"

"No." She raised her brow at me. "I mean, well, maybe. But it's fine, it's a little bit ridiculous so-"

"If it's bothering you, then it's not ridiculous. You can talk to me about anything." She looked up at me with those big ocean blue eyes and I found myself telling her.

"I've been getting this feeling lately, particularly when you hug others. I... think it may be... jealousy." I whispered the last word nervously. A noiseless moment passed as she considered what I'd said.

"You can have a hug too, if that makes you feel better?"

"I would like a hug."

"You don't have to feel jealous. Any time you want a hug, just do it!" With a big grin, Ollie wrapped her arms around my middle, leaning her head against my chest. My motors whirring, I copied her actions, carefully placing one hand on the small of her back and one between her shoulder blades.

"Thank you, superstar." I debated just telling her the truth right then and there. But it wasn't the right time, so I stayed content with this for now.

"Hello you two." Chica waved as we returned.

"Hey, have you three spotted the new night guard tonight?" Ollie mused. "Vanessa. Alex said she's about ye high, blonde and green eyes. I don't know why I'm describing her, she's the only other human in the building..."

"We haven't seen her." Roxy confirmed.

"Maybe she decided to stay in one of the security rooms to get used to everything."

"Maybe." She hummed. "I'd like to think she would have at least introduced herself..."

"I'm starving." I eventually threw down my tools and stormed over to my desk. I'd forgotten to eat before starting my shift, and now my stomach was clawing for food. "Let me eat this, then I'll finish up."
