Chapter 3 Attack

They're boat had three decks because they were gonna people who died that are alive again. There were also 2 other boats. In all together there were 25 greencloaks and 5 redcloaks. They had almost reached Eura when they're boat bumped against something it was probably a underwater rock. Someone from the boat ahead of them said "We're a mile away from Eura but be careful because there are extra rocks sticking from shore that might make a leak so be careful."

A few minutes later they reached Eura and all of them climbed onto land. Conor took a deep breath and let it out. Ah, Eura he missed his family for but it was ok they would probably be able to see his family on they're way to do a quick recharge.

They entered a forest, Worthy and Briggan leading the way because they could sniff out scents. It led them to a cave where there was a shelter standing. All of them silently took they're weapons out and went to the shelter's entrance. It was Tarik, Dorian and Shane! They put they're weapons back and they came out. They all hugged Dorian and Tarik. Rollan said "I'm sorry about what I said last time." "It's ok he said." Worthy and the other redcloacks bowed to Shane and said "King." Shane and Abeke looked at each other but said nothing. Then Shane asked "Will you forgive me?" and Abeke nodded. They got them jackets water and food to have. And then Conor started to explain everything.

They finished explaining everything and why they were here and then Dorian and Tarik shared a look and Dorian nodded. Tarik said "I know you might not believe this but this is probably the work of a witch." They all gasped. Tarik continued "In the 1st devourer war King Feliandor had a witch assistant. It was never mentioned and kept a secret because if others knew greedy people would try that to. There was rumor that it died. But it had the power to see the future so it might have hidden itself because it knew they were gonna lose and came out of hiding when the time is right."

"Olvan said we should go to Zhong then Nilo and finally Amaya." Conor said. "And we'll dock the boats between Zhong and Nilo." Said Dorian.

When they reached the dock Conor looked around. On the right side, past a gate there was a savanna. They were near the border of Zhong and Nilo. They headed toward the left side that led to some shops.

People were selling all types of things like fruit, jewelries, furniture and clothes. Some even sold boats!

Conor could tell that Meilin enjoyed being here in her homeland.

They crossed many shops heading towards the mountains, only stopping for a few supplies. On one of the nights they slept in the mountains because buying a room for 37 people would be costly.

On one of the days they headed toward a cave for shelter against a storm but already saw a shelter built. The shelter was big enough for 10 people to be comfy inside. They carefully approached and a few of them brought they're weapons out or called they're spirit animals out of passive state. They went to the mouth of the shelter and paused. There were 12 people inside they looked like warriors and had a c on they're armor. They were conquerors!

They fumbled for they're weapons but it was to late. Most of them had got pinned down and the others all had surrendered. One of them said "What do you want from us some of us got alive from the 2nd devourer war and the others from the 1st. We surrender, ok? We learned that what we did was a mistake. So we don't want to fight unless if we need to." "We thought you were gonna attack us." Conor said. And then Tarik said "Ok enough talking we need to stop Feliandor 1st." One of the guards said "But he died." then Tarik explained everything but better then they would have been able to. Then the guards nodded.

Suddenly they heard marching and spirit animals released. Everyone got they're weapons out and called they're spirit animals out of passive state. Then they saw people wearing armor with c on they're armor. They were more conquerors! They also saw the devourer, his crocodile and his assistant a witch. There were thousands of conquerors! They were under attack! They outnumbered at least 30 to 1! How would they win the fight?
