Izuku: okay deep breath, good now remember footing is everything... all right now release!

Ochako,Momo, and Kyouka all released their arrows and were able to hit the center circle of the target

Izuku: that was great for beginners!

Kyouka: Like you could do better

Izuku turned away and grabbed three arrows hitting the exact center of the targets... then he did it again through the arrows

Izuku: and I still have a bunch of room to improve

Kirishima: Hey! Sorry I'm late!

Kyouka: you brought Mina?

Kirishima: I hope that's okay

Ochako: well it's still even so I'm okay with it.

Izuku: well let's move onto hand to hand combat... Ejiro want to spar?

Kirishima: you know it bro!

Kirishima immediately tried to tackle izuku but he dodged and was able to grab the back of his neck and drove him into the ground

Izuku: rule number one, Don't just charge head on unless you know your advantages

Kirishima: okay... lets go again!

Izuku let him go and then Kirishima attempted to punch izuku but izuku simply grabbed his arm, pulled him in and punched him in the gut

They ended up going four more rounds all of which izuku won but at least Kirishima learned something new every round

Izuku: how about some weapon training?

Ochako: sure, but which one?

Izuku: the first weapon I learned was the bow... then a knife... I got it!

Izuku had momo make some sheilds and bow staffs since they were training non-lethal

Izuku: the Spartans were one of the best soldiers mainly due to the fact that they usually valued intelligence over strength... to a certain degree

Mina: what do you mean?

Izuku: Spartans had to be smart enough to get out of any situation, while having the strength to do so aswell, they train from birth both body and mind

Kyouka: so what's your point?

Izuku: they used sheilds and spears, making them able to protect themselves from attacks and Enemies

They trained for a couple of hours before going home... well except Izuku and Kirishima they went to the gym

*time skip*

Izuku: I'm home!

Inko: hey honey! How was training?

Izuku: it was fun!

Aizawa: since when is training fun?

Izuku: when you have the right people... you wouldn't know because you only have like four friends

Emi started dying laughter

Izuku: don't worry I'll be your friend

Inko: izuku I've been meaning to ask...

Izuku: huh?

Inko: um... well are you... how do I put this? Still innocent?

Izuku: are you asking if I'm a virgin?

Inko: yes...

Izuku: yup, I mean I've been living in the woods with Gods being trained, I didn't have much time to do that.
