"And up! And up! And side! Down! Side! And stop." Sergei put down the pads Kiki had been kicking to take a water break. As they were walking to the side of the room, Sergei started talking to her about the end of year exams.

"You would be the fastest I've had since Romanoff, but I could push the training exam forwards, because, technically, when you have that one under your belt, you are allowed in the field. I can tell that that is what you want. The other, less important, subjects can be taken at any time. I can get it ready by tomorrow, da?" Sergei stopped by the bottle, waiting for her answer.

"Wow, Sergei. This is amazing, thank you!" How did he know that was what she wanted? Was he a mind reader? She gulped down her water as fast as she could, eager to get back.

Sergei picked up the pads and they practiced for another hour.

Kiki was sat in the training room, waiting. The whole room had been cleared for her exam. She had no idea how they had done it with such short notice. Sergei knew her style too well so she had someone different to score her.

The door opened and Bucky walked in.

"Seriously! I've already beat you!" She complained. This wouldn't be a challenge, she could predict his every move.

"Of course, I have already logged your one-on-one session." He said, ignoring her outburst. "The next section is a weapons test." He grinned, anticipating a reaction the size of the sun, but all he got was a nod.

Kiki walked over to the weapons rack. Bucky said she could have one weapon set, and each individual weapon set had a tag to identify the sets. She looked around, and found a set of twin daggers, fairly simple. Bucky raised an eyebrow and asked her if she was sure, but she only nodded and mentally prepared herself.

"There will be an unspecified amount of androids that will be shooting icers at you. They will react in a normal way to any injuries they receive and have no abnormal strength. In all aspects, they will seem alive. You must defeat all of them, and retrieve an object and hostages." Bucky explained, sliding things onto the screen behind him as he spoke. "I will be watching from the cameras in the corners of the room, so don't tear them down this time."

Kiki saluted her acknowledgement and he left the room.

The androids were brought in through sliding doors, and the fight began. It wasn't very interesting for anyone, as she was very good at what she did and they were all down in 5 minutes. None of the hostages were harmed, and the object was retrieved without a scratch. Kiki had no idea what the object was, but she didn't need to know: often agents never did.

She passed with top marks even from Bucky, and Fury even came to give her her license to work in the field. Since everyone guessed she had lied about her last name (correctly) there was great debate about wether to use it, but Kiki insisted on Moonface. She said it was important to her, that it was a part of who she was, and that she wanted to use it for good instead.

It was Kiki's last day on the island. She was a little sad, as it was so beautiful, and Sergei was vaguely nice to her, but she didn't really make any friends in her short time, and she was much more excited for the job ahead, and working her way up in Shield.

Coincidentally, it was also Bucky's last day on the island. He knew that Kiki would be getting her mission, and since he was technically an Avenger, he could choose his own mission. He didn't trust her farther than he could throw her, so he would choose the same mission as her. Shut up, Sam. Why was Sam still in his head?

Fury handed Kiki and Bucky a file. They both looked down at it, and when they looked back up, he was gone. Maria Hill stood in front of them to brief them and began explaining what they were seeing. Kiki wasn't sure whether to call her Maria or Hill, since Fury called her Maria, but everyone else seemed to say Hill, so she went with that.

On the screen behind Hill, there was a live feed from a Shield satellite. It showed a spaceship, black and circular, with craters glowing green. It was vaguely threatening, but these sorts of things were normal now, so she was a little confused.

"This is an unlicensed ship orbiting Earth. It seems to be from another planet in the galaxy, but we can't tell for sure. What we do know is that it has several weapons systems that are extremely destructive. We need you to find out who it belongs to and either get it licensed or remove it. That can mean bring it down to Earth, send it back to wherever it came from if it is alien, or destroy it. Is that clear everyone?" Hill looked around to nods coming from all directions and left, knowing they would at least do their best to formulate a plan.

There were several voices suggesting thing, but Bucky waved a hand and shushed them.

"So, Miss Untrustworthy, what do you think we should do first?"
