"Apologies, everyone, I haven't even introduced myself yet," the man said. Kiki suspected Nova was threatening him in some way to force this out of him. "I am Loki of Asgard, and it is – ow, that really hurts – a pleasure to make your aquaintence."
Kiki stifled a giggle at his language and held out her hand. "It will only be a pleasure if you find my sister. What's your plan?"
"I don't really have one. Solana will be quite difficult to take, as they have been fooling around in her mind. It's incredibly amateur work. I could do it so much better." Loki rolled his eyes. So that was why Sol had not known Kiki when she saw her.
"We have to get her. No debate."
Bucky started to explain to Loki what was going to happen. At the mention of explosions, he said, "that's my little galaxy," and smiled softly.
After a while of explaining, Kiki got frustrated. "Just tell us where she is, and then we'll be done with you!"
Loki smirked. He liked having the power. "Why should I do that?" He asked.
"Because I said so. Take us to her." Nova stopped Loki before he could rile up Kiki too much. "No arguments, watashi no ai. She's my friend now, and you wouldn't deny a friend, would you?"
"Fine."

They were walking along the ship corridors, lead by Loki. Bucky was still a little annoyed about the Battle of New York, since he had beaten up Steve. Kiki could almost hear his anger and whispered to him, "I tried to kill Steve, and we're friends now. Plus also, he owes us for saving Nova, and he is obviously in the control of Nova, so he can't act out against us." He nodded, still irritated, but less so when he thought of the god being ordered around by Nova.
Loki took them further and further into the ship centre, winding round corridors expertly. He finally reached a room not far from when Gabriel resided. Kiki called on the mist, just in case, and they pushed open the door.
Inside was not the lush room like Loki's, no, there was nothing in it to show that anyone lived there. There was only an old, steel framed bed and a little table with a half eaten meal. Sol was lying in the bed, liquids flowing into her from tubes attached to the walls. So that was how they changed her memories.
Bucky started to pull the tubes out of Sola, letting the strange liquid drip onto the floor. She gasped, opening her eyes.
"Where am I?" They must have made her see something different, because she had no idea what this room was. "Al? Al, is that you?"
"Sola, oh, Sola." Kiki ran to her sister's side, pressing her head against her shoulder and letting the tears flow.
"It's been so long, Al. I looked for you, but you had disappeared." Sol took Kiki's face in her hands and turned it up towards her. "You look older though, almost the same age as me."
"We have a lot to talk about." That was putting it lightly.
"Excuse me, ladies, I hate to ruin the moment, but I fear we don't have enough time left, so, if you wouldn't mind, I would suggest you evacuate and let Nova do her thing." Loki said from in the doorway.
"Of course." Kiki said, wiping her cheeks. Bucky radioed all the Shield agents on the ship and told them to get back to the jet and prepare to go. Sol was still weak, so they put one of her arms over each of their shoulders and carried her all the way to the jet.
Nova and Loki went of to do Asgardian stuff, like blowing up the ship. They said that Loki would bring them back down to Earth when they were done. God knows how they would do that, but she trusted Nova, and she could see that Loki was an honourable man (sometimes) and he could see that he owed her for helping Nova.
On the jet, they took Sol to Hayl.
"Can you tell what they did to her brain?" Kiki asked. On the way back, Sola had gotten more and more confused, calling out for Gabriel. She flinched when Hayl laid a hand on her shoulder and said, "Gabriel?" Hayl shook her head and lead her to a bed in the corner.
"Let's get you sorted out, shall we?"
