last one more day (socks for 1 gang zombie apocalypse)

Day 3 (the supply run)

Socks POV:

It has been 2 days since the start of this whole thing. We all have been in the camp keeping watch. Everyone's getting hungry and thirsty so I assembled a small team to go look for supplies. I called the team as Jooice, meme, and laff arrived. "Alright guys we need to go get some supplies. People are getting hungry and if we do get attacked we do need weapons" I said. "Yeah, we need to go in quietly and find food, weapons, and water." Meme said. "Well then lets get going." The group got geared up grabbed some bags to carry stuff and headed off.

Nadwe POV:

The group left as the camp just sat around the fire. "Well let's hope they return." Muffin said with hope in his voice. "They will muffin don't worry" Oompa said reassuring muffin. This whole situation is just so crazy, I wish this never happened. I sorta zoned out again as everyone was talking when someone touched my shoulder.

"Hey nadwe are you ok?" Muffin said looking at me. I snapped back into reality. "U-Uhm yeah I just zoned out thinking about everything that's happened so far." I replied. "Well don't worry 14 year old gang will make it out of this alive!" Muffin said happiness in his voice. "Yeah your right we will make it out of this alive!" I replied thinking we will make it out of this alive.

Jooices pov:

We slowly walked around the city, looking for socks house hoping it hadn't been raided. It seemed power was still on? Might be people at the power station keeping it going. We slowly got to socks house, it was in good shape and was still locked. Socks opened the door and let us in as we started grabbing stuff. "Well this solves our food and water problem. But what about weapons?" I asked as socks looked around. "I know I have a baseball bat around somewhere. And there's those knives." Socks replied. "Haven't you ever watched a zombie apocalypse movie socks? Knives are sorta useless!" Meme said. And they started arguing as laff stepped in. "Mates calm down and shut your traps remember we have to be quiet."

Memes pov:

"Laff is right we need to stop" socks said as I looked at him. "Yeah we need to." We continued grabbing food and water before we started hearing zombie growls outside. Banging started happening. "Shit we have been found...." socks whispered. "Quick out the back door" socks said as he lead us to the back door and into the backyard as we jumped the fence. "Alright we escaped now let's head back." I said as socks stopped dead in his tracks. "What's wrong....?" Jooice asked. "T-t-there's a dead body... and it looks like it was shot-" socks was interrupted by a gun shot as we pulled out a bat and knives. I saw a man holding a gun. "RUN!" I shouted as we all ran.

Laffs pov:

We all started running, I ran faster than I ever knew I could. "I think we lost him." Jooice said as we all stopped for a breather. "So other people are killing people too!" Meme said in shock. "It's just like the movies." Socks said as we all looked where we were. "We are close to the forest let's go." Socks said as we started walking. "Well that was a crazy encounter mates." I whispered as I looked around. "Wait there's a hunting store... do you think it has been looted...?" I whispered again. "There's a chance it is. Should we take the chance and go look...?" Jooice said. "We need something ranged a bow would be perfect." Socks said looking at the shop. "Let's go" socks said as we all started walking into the building.

It was silent? No sound at all. "Well it's been looted a bit let's see if we can find anything. We all walked around as I found a bow with some arrows. "Guys! I found a bow" I said as I went back down stairs to see meme wrestling a zombie. "LAFF HELP!" Meme shouted as I shot the zombie in the head killing it. "It's ok mate I wouldn't let you die here." I said helping meme get up. "Ewwwww I got blood all over me" meme said wiping his shirt. "Atleast your not dead." I said. "Well you do have a point" meme said before the other 2 arrived. "Omg what happened guys are you ok?" Jooice said. "I got attacked by a zombie! Luckily laff saved my life!" Meme said sounding grateful. "Thankfully I found this bow unless meme would've been dead!" Laff said holding it. "Well we should head back if we found this good stuff." Socks said as we all left.

Muffin pov:

It has been a few hours since they left I'm losing hope a bit as I sat down. "Hey man don't be sad I guarantee they will be back any minute." Oompa said.
"Hey guys were back!" Socks said. "And we found food and water!" Laff added as they unloaded their bags. "Omg you guys are ok!" I said walking up to them. "Yup we made it back alive. Well one of us barely" Jooice said. "HEY! It's not my fault a zombie randomly jumped me!" Meme said in return. "Omg meme are you ok?" Blaza said. "Yup laff saved my life." Meme said. "It's no problem mate. Now let's make some food for everyone!" Laff said as he pulled out some canned foods.
