With the weekend going by so quickly, with practice producing some decent timing, to give the team an estimation of where both cars would qualify but I'm praying that there are no more hiccups. I don't know if I could handle the stress of it all.

I was sat on the steps of the hospitality unit, staring at the rear of the garage, thinking about the next hour, whether the team is going to get a good result or not. Beofre I knew it both driver sat either side of me and putting an arm around each of my shoulders to comfort me. I'm so glad to have my boyfriend and best friend with me every weekend, because I honestly don't know what I would do if they weren't here with me. I'd probably run for the hills and not be seen again.

I turn my head to the left and then to the right looking at both of the driver I have on my team. "Come on lads, lets go and have a cracking qualifying" I said getting up off of the steps and heading to the garage with George and Nicky following in tow.

Grabbing a radio and head and putting them on, I look at both drivers wishing them the best of luck. I went over to give a George a hug and then over to Nicholas and gave him a kiss before leaving the garage to go over to the pit wall to watch the qualifying session.

Q1

Both cars get some decent laps in, during the allotted time for this sessions. Both Williams cars move into Q2 and the cars don't have any problems whilst they are out on the track.

George's Q1 qualifying time: 1:15.826

Nicholas's Q1 qualifying time: 1:15.653

Q2

Yet again the both Williams drivers put decent laps in during the sessions. But both Williams ar fail to get into the top 10 for the Q3 session. But the lap times both drivers produced were really good and should be proud of themselves for the effort they put in.

Georges qualifying time Q2: 1:15.261

Nicholas's qualifying time Q2: 1:15.593

With these results it place George and Nicky P12 and P14 on the starting grid for tomorrows race.

Both drivers get back to the garage, to see me standing at the back, unplugging my headset from my radio and hanging it up, as they approach me.

"I'm so proud of you both, you did so well out there in qualifying but tomorrow is what matters and that's where the points are scored. Now go get out of your race suits, have a quick wash and freshne up before meeting your PR's for post qualifying interviews" I told both driver and getting a nod in response for both of them.

As I'm heading back over to hospitality, I get stopped to do an interview with Simon Lazenby and Paul Di Rista.

Simon: Here with us now is Williams team principal Frankie Williams. So we want to know how qualifying went for the team today?

Frankie: Well, qualifying for the team went as well as it could be. We managed to get both car into Q2 but it's a shame we couldn't get one or both cars into Q3 but overall I'm please with the results that we got from the session this afternoon.

Paul: How are you finding the weekend so far? Anything stressful happening?

Frankie: It's been stressful. There have been moments where I literally want to rip my hair out or bang my head against a brick wall. I got a call from my assistant back in Grove, telling me that one of the spare engine we were meant to be bringing with us this weekend never left the factory, I've also had to let one of my engineers go due to the incident with the engineand this was all on media day.

Simon: Not the start of weekend you were hoping for

Paul: I can't imagine how stressful it was to try an get the engine out to the track

Frankie: My assistant tried ringing multiple air cargo companies to get the engine out to the team in time but none of them could take it for any other couple of weeks because all the slots were filled

Paul: Thank you Frankie and fingers crossed you have no more hiccups this weekend

Frankie: Thanks guys

I headed back over to my office and when I get there I find Nicky sitting on the sofa, scrolling though twitter. I close the door and he looks up.

"Are you ready to go?" my boyfriend asks me. "I'll meet you back at the hotel, I've got to go through some papers and emails and I don't know how long I'm going to be but I'll let you know when I'm on my way" I replied. "Thats fine beautiful, I'll see you in a bit but make sure you call me when your on the way back to the hotel so I know that your safe" Nicholas said. I nodded and headed to my desk and logged into the computer to start going through the email that I needed to reply to and categorized them from being important or not. Also, I did spend some time going over the data collected from the three practice sessions and qualifying and started to make notes on where we might have gone wrong or to see what improvement could have been made to get both cars into Q3.

a good few hours went by and I could feel my eyes slowly drooping shut and the feeling of extreme tiredness came over me and I took a quick glance at the clock on my phone and saw the time was 23:47 and I ended up falling asleep at my desk. I could hear a buzzing sound but decided to ignore it and fell into a deep sleep.
