Seven Years Later

The last seven years have been absolutely crazy. I'm still team principal at Williams and I don't think I'll be giving that up any time soon. Me and Nicky have celebrated our 7th Wedding anniversary this year and we are still very much in love like we were when I first met him.

Nicholas is still driving for Williams, along with Alex Albon. I'm still best friends with George, who is still at Mercedes and has just won his 2nd world title and I am such a proud best friend. He has also recently got married to long term partner Carmen and they are now expecting their first child, which is amazing and I know George is going to be such an amazing dad.

Myself and Nicky have two children. Our little girl Holly Virginia Latifi, who already love motorsport but not the driving aspect but the business aspect and she keeps telling me that she wants to be like mummy when she grows up and run the team when I retire and carry on her Great Grandad's legacy. Our little boy Willam Francis Latifi, who is now 4 years old and has started karting because he wants to be like his dad and be a racing driver and drive for Williams, which make me so proud. But Holly is a daddy's girl and William is a mummy's boy.

Nicky loves being a dad, we have made several trips over to Canada to see his family, especially his parents, who love the kids to pieces. My mum and Marc adore Holly and William and she cried when I told her that I named them after Nanna and Grandad. I tell you what she actually cried for nearly two weeks after both children were born because she said the names I've given them were really sweet.

I take the kids to races during the school break, but always take them to the Abu Dhabi race and Silverstone.

So my life as team principal has had its ups and downs but most of all it is the best job in the world and I wouldn't change it.

So that my life, Crazy, Wonderful but most of all, its Epic!
