Nineteen

Once arriving back at the hotel with Nicky, we take turns to go and have a shower and freshen up. The only thing that has kept me going all day is what Nicky's surprise is all about. I have got to admit, Monaco is one of my favourite race weekends on the calender, along with Silverstone, Monza and Abu Dhabi.

As I'm finishing getting ready to head out for the evening with my boyfriend, I can head him just finishing talking on the phone. "Babe, you ready yet?" Nicholas asks. "Won't be a sec. I'm just putting my shoes on" I replied. Just after slipping my heels on, I look in the mirror fluff my hair a little bit and straighten out my long sleeve blue summer dress before heading to the other room to go an see my boyfriend. As I walk into the other room, Nicky look at me instantly. 

"Wow you look beautiful babe" Nicholas said to his girlfriend. "Your look handsome as always" I replied and then said "Can you tell me where were going?" I asked with my cheeky grin. "No babe! It's a surprise" he replied and I let out a sigh of annoyance but accepted the fact that he didn't want to ruin his surprise for me. 

me and Nicky left the hotel and got into a car that was waiting for us out the front and then Nicky handed me a blindfold. "What's this for?" I asked questionably. "I don't want you to see where we are going, so put it on because I don't want the surprise to be ruined2 Nicky responded. I let out a sigh and just put the blindfold on to please my boyfriend. After a 5 minute driver, we arrived at the destination and my boyfriend came around my side of the car and help out due to me having the blindfold on and not be being able to see a single thing. 

"You can take the blindfold off now" my boyfriend whispered in my ear. I undid the knot at the back of the blindfold and once it was off, I could see the main harbour and I turned to Nicky, "Why are we at the harbour?" I asked. "We are going on a slow romantic yatch ride and having a little picnic at sea" Nicholas said as he gently grabbed my hand leading em toward the yatch he had hired for our date. We both board the yatch and head to the front to where I could see a little picnic blanket laid out with a hamper of all my favourite snacks and a bottle of champaign and I turn to my handsome looking boyfriend in aw. "Babe this is amazing and so thoughtful" I said as I walked up to him, wrapping my arm around his neck and giving him the biggest hug on the planet. He placed his hand around my waist and looked into my eye and I place my hands on his chest. 

As the yatch was moving slowly out to sea, I could really see the stunning beauty of Monaco and how much I love this place, especially during a race weekend. I love the atmosphere of the country. I stood right at the front of the yatch, with the fresh sea breeze flowing though my hair, the yatch turned slightly and it was facing the track, we were at only a few hours ago, which put a smile on my face. The Nicholas came up behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist  then resting his chin on my shoulder. But then he let go and walked to my side, as I still stared at the track, thinking about all the happy memories that I have had there, but then I feel a gentle tap on my arm and then when I turn, I see Nicky on one knee. I place my hands over my mouth in complete shock and wanting to literally cry. 

"You are the light of my life and mean the absolute world to me. You have been there for me since the day I joined Williams and made me feel so welcome. You are the most beautiful girl i have ever seen in my life and I'm just so grateful to have met you and I just love you so much and I want to spend the rest of my life. So Francesca Rebecca Williams... Will you marry me and become Mrs Latifi?" Nicky said in the most sweetest voice on earth. I nodded and then said "Yes! of course I'll marry you" I replied and the happy tears started flowing. 

Nicky place the ring on my finger and then stood up and then pulled me into the most gentle kiss someone could ask for and then he whispered something so sweet in my ear, which mad me want to cry even more "I ask your grandad for his blessing to ask you to marry me". Now that just melted my heart, because my now fiance knows that my grandad means the absolute world to me and is literally my best friend.
