CHAPTER 17 POV: Hestia

Zeus had called for a meeting in the Olympian council. I flashed my way into the council. The council meetings were now becoming more fruitful and civilized and I absolutely loved the company of Amphitrite and Persephone. All sixteen Olympians flashed into their thrones.

"Why have you called for a meeting here brother?", I asked Zeus.

"I wanted to talk about the war. I want to reward the fighters all right, but I also want to discuss about Evlogimenos and his Allies.", he said the last part with fear and paranoia. Typical brother.

"Shall I inform them?", Hermes asked, and Zeus nodded. "Bring me the head counsellors, Army of Chaos, Chiron and Evlogimenos." Hermes flashed out of the throne room, to inform the demigods. I was waiting for Zeus to respond.

"Brother is there something bothering you?", I asked.

"Yes. I want to know who Evlogimenos is. As well as the Army of Chaos.", he said.

"Brother. The whole camp knows who the army of Chaos is. Their actual Identities. Also, me, Dionysus and Hades know their actual identities. But we shall allow them to reveal themselves.", I said. "As for Evlogimenos, it is for him to decide if he want to reveal."

"But can we trust him?", Zeus asked.

"Come on brother!! He helped us in this war. He brought in allies from the Hindu Pantheon. Though that requires scrutiny, I think we can atleast give the benefit of doubt to him.", Hades said, and I nodded. At that moment, Hermes flashed into the throne room.

"Informed them.", he said and that moment, a portal opened, and the army of Chaos entered the room. They were followed by Chiron, Evlogimenos and the head counsellors of Camp Half Blood. Behind them were the praetors and Centurions of Camp Jupiter. Then, the lieutenant of Artemis, my daughter, Thalia also was present. Behind them a group of seven. The seven Chiranjeevis. All of us looked at them like a new specimen, especially Athena.

"Well done to the brave heroes. By defeating the enemies in the war, you have upheld the Legacy of Olympus. I also want to thank the Army of Chaos and Chaos himself for helping us defend both camps. The Olympians have accepted to grant you a wish of your choice. Feel free to ask anything and if it is within our power, we shall grant it.", Zeus bellowed.

All of them, including the seven and Percy bowed. The head counsellors asked their individual wishes. Justin and Annabeth informed that they would use the wish when the time arises, especially since Annabeth already had one gift in the waiting list. The Praetors wished that Athena/Minerva and Hephaestus/Vulcan themselves intervene and speed up the reconstruction of the camp. The centurions also asked their own individual wishes or wishes that would benefit their cohort. Then came Thalia, who asked for an end to Hera's hatred for demigods especially that of Zeus. Hera was angry but agreed reluctantly. Old habits die hard.

Then came the Army of Chaos. They were in their hoods. I think it was Octavian, who spoke. "On behalf of all the members of the Armies of Chaos, we have two wishes.", he said, and Zeus nodded to continue.

"One, we shall reveal our true identities. We request you all to accept us and forgive us if we made any mistake.", he said and turned to Apollo, who turned a bit uncomfortable. I chuckled inward.

"Two, we would like a permanent cabin and table for Chaos in both camps. Chaos has agreed that one of us each will stay for a period of two months each in both camps. This will allow us to protect the earth and other surrounding planets from immediate dangers, act as a quick-response scout, and even help us regain our bond with our... families.", Octavian chocked at the last word.

All of us, excluding me were looking at them with awe. We all had a mind conversation, and we accepted their proposal.

"We accept. We shall accept who you are and forgive you for your mistakes. We shall also give you permanent cabins in both camps. But we need someone to keep track of who is where.", Zeus said.

"That is easy.", Jason said and summoned some tablet. It was an enchanted tablet for sure.

"I propose that Hestia be chosen for this task. I shall hang it in the hearth for all of us to see. Whosoever is at camp, their names shall be displayed in this tablet.", he said.

"I accept.", I replied, and the tablet hung over the hearth.

"Now we shall reveal ourselves.", Jason said and all of them removed their hoods. The whole throne room gasped in shock. All were rooted to their respective thrones, unable to make a next move.

Surprisingly, Hera was the first one to recover and after turning to human size crushed Jason into a hug. This show of affection shocked everyone, but Hera liked Jason. He was her Champion. Zeus also came down from his throne and said, "I am sorry son. I didn't mourn for your death. More than being my son, you are more like Hera's son. She cried herself sick when you died. I am sorry.", Zeus said and both Jason and Hera rooted there in shock. Zeus apologizing?!! What happened.

"No need for a sorry dad. I know your position. I am happy you still love me.", he said and hugged his father. Zeus at last hugged his son and shed a tear. Not all know Zeus's turmoil. Being the king of Gods, he could not show favoritism so could not openly show affection to his children.

Hermes was crying tears of joy on seeing Luke. All of us had forgiven Luke, courtesy of Percy of course. Artemis broke down on seeing Zoe, Phoebe and Bianca and hugged them. She missed them.

There was an awkward tension between Apollo and Octavian. He was the one who nearly caused a war between the Greeks and Romans. But Apollo smiled. He forgave Octavian. It was right.

With all the introductions done, all eyes fell on Evlogimenos. He was in his hood. I, Poseidon, and Apollo smirked. Oh! Their expressions would be priceless.

"Evlogimenos. We recognize your contribution in our defense in the battle. We are indebted to you for your help. But we would like to know your face. We can't trust someone who doesn't show their face to others. Also, we would like to know where the Loyalties of your Allies lie.", Athena said. The others murmured in agreement. The seven looked, expressionless, and calm. So was Percy.

"I acknowledge your concerns, Athena. They are the seven Chiranjeevis, destined to live a very-very long life. All here, a fact to be told, were born even before Hestia was born. They are wise and experienced. They pledge their support to the Olympians for this war. For, if I have a wish, I wish that you all accept them and all their allies as our allies in this war and give them space in the camp to do what they want to do.", Percy said and introduced the seven Chiranjeevis to the gods. They were introduced as under:

ASHWATTHAMA- Skilled archer and Warrior who destroyed hundreds and thousands of soldiers in one day.

MAHABALI- The demon King of the Daityas who was blessed by Lord Vishnu himself, and the ruler of the Indian Underworld, Patala.

KRIPACHARYA- Ashwatthama's uncle who is expert at politics and a good advisor.

VEDA VYASA- The most knowledgeable and calm of the seven. Trikaala-dharshi. Could see the past, present, and future. (This intrigued Apollo)

PARASHURAMA- One of the main Avatars of Lord Vishnu. Best teacher for weaponry. Knew a range of weapons and singlehandedly killed twenty-one royal clans.

HANUMAN- The personification of Loyalty and devotion. Strong. And Smart. Helps overcome problems

VIBHISHANA- Knows the truth and can differentiate truth from lie, (Intriguing Apollo again), never strays from the path of Righteousness.

Then Mahabali explained their back stories and everything about them. Each of them, lived for atleast five thousand years and some for more than a few hundred thousand years. All of us, including me were now shocked.

"Now, I shall reveal who I am.", Evlogimenos said and took off his hood.
