It had been a week since the plan was set in motion. It was hard for me to act broken. I know my seaweed brain was safe and sound, but for the sake of the plan, I had to act broken. Though it came easier, for I missed him. I had to wait for him for Zeus knew how long.

The camp's mood was in an all-time low, as Chiron put it. Percy! Even if he didn't want, we looked at him. He was our leader, our inspiration. In Chiron's words, 'No other demigod had commanded such love and respect that Percy had. Even his namesake and Heracles failed'. These were his words on him during his funeral.

The rest of the seven came to the camp and mourned. Piper and Hazel were openly weeping while Leo and Frank tried to console them. For Piper, it was harder, to first lose Jason and then her brother Percy. Grover was distraught too. The fates intervened and snapped their empathy link before the plan was set to motion. So, Grover would not know that Percy was alive.

I sat at the beach, at a spot me and Percy always met to spend time together. Poseidon would meet me to console me and himself. For a father to lose his only demigod child, it was harsh, even if he was a god. And it was natural. Zeus still had Thalia, though he never showed his remorse in Jason's death. Hades had Nico, and by extension, Hazel. But Poseidon only had Percy. The sea started to lose its blue sheen and turn murky grey. More sea storms and earthquakes were reported along the ring of fire. More ships were lost in the sea of monsters or what the mortals called it, the Bermuda Triangle. If I was a mess, Poseidon was a wreck. We bonded over the loss of a loved one, much to my mother's dismay.

Poseidon arrived. This time, he looked distant. He looked at me, shed a few tears and sat next to me. He now was a father figure to me. He stroked my hair as I laid on his lap, inhaling the same sea-scent I have grown used to and fond of Percy. Poseidon didn't know that his son was still alive, so I had a pang of guilt. But I steeled my nerves and looked at his broken sea-green eyes.

"Annabeth. I need to talk.", he said but looked distant.

"Yes, milord?", I asked.

"Call me father, I will not mind, but never milord.", he snapped. But his facial features relaxed.

"Sorry, Poseidon. I know how you feel. Losing Percy is hard on all of us.", I said empathetically and hugged him. He reciprocated.

"I know. I came here to summon the seven, or the remainder of the seven and all of the cabin counsellors.", he said. I looked at him in confusion.

"Zeus had ordered me to call you guys. He thinks it is time to reward you for your participation in the giant wars and by extension, against the triumvirate. Though late, atleast, he had acknowledged. Call the rest Annabeth.", Poseidon said and flashed, maybe to Meg's. Piper, Hazel, and Leo were still at camp while Frank agreed reluctantly to return to the camp to perform his Praetor duties. I rushed to them. I told them about Poseidon summoning us to Olympus. We informed all the head counsellors, and Chiron. By the time I informed them, Poseidon flashed with Frank, the centurions and Meg by his side.

"Are we ready?", Poseidon asked. We all nodded. All of us were flashed to the throne room. Poseidon took his seat and grew to twenty feet. The other gods were surprisingly quiet!! There was no squabble, no threats, no noise. All looked grim and solemn.

Zeus thundered and gained all our attention. He looked at the other gods and then at us. "You have been summoned here to be rewarded for your help against Gaia and the Triumvirate. I feel this was the apt time to give out the gifts.", he said. I swear I saw Apollo and Poseidon snicker.

"I decree that for his help and sacrifice in both the wars against Gaia and the triumvirate, Jason Grace, my son shall be given access to the Isles of Blest.", Zeus thundered. Hades and Hestia were also present, and Hades looked at Zeus and nodded stiffly.
