"Doctor! Doccctoooor!" I looked back over to the school. Oh no. They had the Tardis, they had found the Tardis. How did they even find her.

"Come back, Doctor and daughter. Come home. Come and claim your prize." Mr Clark called

"Out you come doctor and Daughter, there you good chaps " Baines continued

"Time to end it now!" Jenny yelled. I looked at Mr Smith and i knew deep down he recognise it. a small part of him did.

"You recognise it don't you?" I asked him

"Come out doctor! Come to us!" Jenny called

"I've never seen it in my life." He denied but i knew i couldn't give up. I had to keep pushing. I had to get my Dad back.

"Do you remember its name?"

"I'm sorry John, but you wrote about it. The blue box, you dreamt of a blue box" She comforted him.

"I'm not. I'm John Smith. That's all I want to be, John Smith! With his live, his job. And his love. Why can't I be John Smith? Isn't he a good man?"

"Yes, yes he is."

"Why can't I stay?" he choked

"We need the Doctor." Martha said sadly.

"And what am I, then? Nothing. I'm just a story" He ran off and I looked at him go with Joan following

"No, your the part that was lost so long ago. " I muttered. I then looked at Martha. "I want my father back, he's not him, he never will be. "

"We'll get him back. I know it" we stood up and followed . We caught up with them and then Joan spoke.

"This way, I think i know somewhere we can hide."

"We've got to keep going." Mr Smith protested

"Just listen to me for once, John. Now follow me." So she does have a backbone...still don't like her. I followed .

Martha who was following her, She lead us to a house.

"Here we are. It should be empty. Oh, it's been a long time since i've run that far."

"Who lives here?" Martha wondered

"If i'm right, no one." She panted and went to open the door. It was cold, dark and abandoned yet there was still a pristine china set laid out on the table as if it had been ready for a family.

"Hello?" she called but there was nothing. "No one, just as I expected."

"Who's house is it?" I wondered

"The Cartwrights'. That little girl at the school, she's Lucy Cartwright, or she's taken Lucy Cartwright's form. If she came home this afternoon, and if the parents tried to stop their little girl then they were vanished." She put her hand on the tea pot. "Stone cold. How easily I accept these idea." She sighed and Mr Smith sat down.

"I must go to them before anyone else dies." I shook my head

"You can't." Matron shook her head also sitting down. "Martha, Katherine. There must be something you can do."

"Not without the watches."

"Watches? Kate where's yours?" Martha asked

"Safe." Wa all I replied undoing my long hair and shaking it out a little.

"You're this doctors companion and daughter, can't you help. What exactly do you do for him? Why does he need you?" Martha stood a little straighter

"Because he's lonely." She replied
