Jennie stared at the man in front of her. She already saw him from her previous life!

Her memory is a little fuzzy as she was drunk that night. However, she is sure it was him. The beautiful man standing on the cliff planning to take his own life.

"Are you alright?" Lisa is concerned about the girl's silence. Her gaze is almost piercing. This made him uncomfortable. Did she think he was crazy?

"Yes... I hmmm... I believe you." She declared.. She is sure now that this man knows her past life. What she wanted to determine is how.

The possibility of him dreaming about her is too slim. But the possibility of him reincarnating is making her confused. If this guy reincarnated, then why would he help her? Is it just because she saved him once?

"I mean I will believe you... for now." She added. "Just promise me one thing."

"What is it?" He asked.

The night ended with lisa driving Jennie to the Wang's estate. To her surprise, her grandfather didn't even ask her about the young man.

Jennie went inside her room and straight to her bed. She is bound to have a sleepless night. She tried to analyze everything that lisa told her. Still, she couldn't seem to find any holes that might satisfy her curiosity.

She is planning to ask the man more and more questions.

Jennie had a night full of tossing and thinking...then turning and thinking.

What she didn't know is how another wave of schemes and issues is coming on her way.

On the next day, the whole school was in an uproar when they heard that their school goddess nancy is to be engaged with the Young Master of the manoban Family.

Rumor has it that nancy and kai broke up because her older sister Jennie tried to take kai for herself. This broke the heart of nancy, making her decide to put her marriage in the hands of her mother.

Jennie immediately called Lisa and told him about the rumors. he told her about what happened at the mall and that he will immediately handle the rumors.

They even used her as a stepping stone in creating those rumors. Now, a lot of people see her as a cheap woman. Someone willing to hurt her step-sister just to get what she wants.

Of course, these rumors were fueled by nancy's award-worthy acting. She told everyone that she broke up with kai. She was even crying while telling them how she hoped her Elder sister will be happy with him.

Everyone thought that kai was forced by Jennie. After all, his family is not as influential as the Wang family.

A lot of people saw kai leave with jennie and rose the other day, so they immediately believed the rumors.

Some students even had some pictures of kai and Jennie entering a restaurant together. These pictures only showed the two of them and it is obvious that whoever made it cropped out rose on purpose.

When her close friends asked her about Young Master manoban, nancy would immediately blush and divert the conversation. This made a lot of people assume that the Young Master really offered a marriage engagement because he likes nancy.

"So? What are you planning to do? You know that they are slandering you right?" rose asked. She is concerned that these rumors will further damage Jennie's reputation.

"Just let them play all they want. I have some more important things to attend to. I have no time to spare for stupid people." Jennie answered nonchalantly while reading another programming book.

She is already preparing for her company. She will also meet her first employee next week. This thought is making her excited.

She couldn't care less about those people slandering her. In fact, all she wanted to do was laugh at them. In some way, the rumors are right.

lisa did propose marriage to CL's daughter. However, it was not nancy but her. Jennie wondered what will CL's and nancy's reactions be once they know that lisa is acquainted with her?

And that he is is hell-bent on making Jennie marry him? she couldn't wait! The thought of face slapping those people was making her ecstatic. But she needs to relax and take her time.

After all, what could be more embarrassing than being slapped in the face in front of so many people?

In front of the very people who helped them spread all those rumors?

Jennie gives rose an evil grin. 'Ah! Karma! Let me help you do your job!' She thought.
