Chapter Six: The Moment

Lachlan~

He's mine. And he always will be mine. I know it. How, you say? The kiss that we had, was true and passionate. He meant it and so did I. He's my sweetheart and I am his. "One of us should probably say something," he says. "Go for it," I say. We smile at each other for a few seconds. And we kiss, again. This time, it's deep and desperate. I have waited for this moment for so long. By the looks of it, so did he.

"I didn't expected you to be such a good kisser," I say. He opens his mouth in shock and gently strikes me on my arm. "What's that supposed to mean? You know I have kissed so many frogs to find my prince. So appreciate it, please," he says, with a smile. Awww, he called me his prince. I love him. Damn, I do. Hopefully so will Triphena. Please, mother, like him. "Come on, I want you to meet my mom." His eyes open wide. "Isn't that a bit quick? Like, I barely know you and you know me better than I do."

I think about it for a second and then nod. I don't want him to think that I am desperate. And if I take him to meet mother, she definitely will tell him about me being a werewolf and how I am the Alpha. Like blah. No. I won't let this happen not now. I just had my first kiss with him and there is no way I am going to freak him out after our first date and scare him off. "Fine. We'll go some other time. Whenever you're ready to, babe," I say. He blushes and his left cheek is crimson now. "Babe? Ah, I like the sound of that," he says, putting his arms around my neck. "I am not sure how this relationship will go on. I have never really been in a relationship before in my life. I mean come on, I am a nerd and no one really wants to date a nerd, especially a jock like you."

I shake my head in disagreement. "No, I like you. I love you, actually. As you said, I know you more than you know yourself. I have literally fallen for you, Hayden Huttchinson. And I don't care what people will think about us fucking each other. I want to be with you. What we do is our business, not theirs or anyone's."

He just stands there for a few moments and then smiles. "I like the sound of that," he says, holding my hands.

Hayden~

I can't believe this. We kissed. WE FUCKING KISSED!!! And it was good. It felt good. I get up from my corner bed and the first thing I remember is his face. His handsome, dashing face. Ah those dimples. I am in love with them.

Nothing's different around me. My room's the same, my parents are the same, my sister is still annoying and Jason is keep on texting me, mad.

'Oh, so you tell jea and not your best friend?? I hate you bitch >:(' he texts. You see, people what I have to deal with? Though, I do feel guilty. Like Jason was the first, is, the first person I told Lachlan about. 'I am sorry. I should've told you. Please forgive your baba?xxx' I text him back.

He replies after 23 minutes saying I am forgiven and that he is coming later to my house so I can tell him what happened. That is bullshit. I hate it.

When I came home yesterday, literally my mom just jumps out of nowhere and starts asking me all sorts of questions about Lachlan. "How was it? Was it good? Did you two kiss? Aww you 2 looked so cute together. If you had sex, did he and you used condoms? Where did you have sex? Better not behind a bush or in the car." Like the woman was out of her head. Dad, on the other hand, was mature. And only said, "I hope you 2 had a good time. Make sure next time, you invite him in." He smiles and goes back to doing his work. Che just didn't bother to say anything because she knows how the date went. My smile gave it away.

Ah dammit, my smile. A thing that I can't control. I wish I could stop smiling or it will be the end of me. I mean, I can smile at anytime, even at serious times.

He squeals. "Aw Hay, you two kissed. I would've done anything to kiss that sexy hunk," Jason says. "Well we are together now so you can't kiss him," I tease. He softly strikes my arm. "Mister, that's just rude. We can share him you know," he says with a wink. "I don't think so," I say, slapping him.

This goes on for two hours. Teasing and mucking about.

Then I go to bed and the thing that worries me the most is meeting Lachlan's mom, Triphena tomorrow. God save me.
