I don't know why

I stand back,
a cup of English Breakfast tea in my hand

smile in between my cries.I trudge along and
continue my journey.
I watch on the sidelinesas you shine.
I'm fine. I'm fine.I'm not fine.
It's okay.
It will be okay.
