finding out that you got a tattoo (requested)

Jisoo opened her eyes as soon as she felt you getting out of bed. She reached out to grab your hand with hers, a little whine escaping her lips as she realized the sun was shining, meaning that morning had come.

"Oh. Good morning, baby." You smiled as you turned around to face her, your fingers wrapping around hers as you leaned over to give her a kiss on her cheek.

"Good morning, my love." She said, a sad sigh falling from her lips as your fingers slipped from hers. "What are you doing getting out of bed so early?"

"It's ten am." You giggled as you padded across the room to the closet, looking back at your sweet but sleepy girlfriend with an adoring gaze.

"That's too early to be leaving the bed when we both have the day off."

"I know but I've been awake for the last little while and my stomach is growling. I need a little food." You said and she groaned, laying her head back down on the pillow as she stretched out her long legs.

She opened her eyes a few seconds later, smirking when she watched you slip off your shirt.

It fell to your feet as you reached for one of her coziest shirts, wanting to lay around in her clothes and in her arms today.

But she spotted something on the back of your left shoulder that made her smirk fade and left her wondering if her eyes were playing tricks on her.

"Darling? Is that a tattoo?" She asked as she got out of bed and walked to you, curious as to if she was seeing what she thought she was.

"Yeah. I got it a couple of weeks ago!" You said and felt your heart flutter when you felt her fingers brushing across your tattooed skin.

Jisoo was fascinated by the ink on your skin; a quote that read, set yourself free with a few tiny but gorgeous butterflies fluttering around it.

"You never told me you got it." She whispered as she continued to stare at it, the pad of her index finger gently brushing against the small butterflies.

"I wanted it to be a surprise but I just forgot about it, because we've both been so busy. What do you think of it? Do you like it?"

"Like it? I absolutely love it." She whispered softly before kissing your soft tattooed skin. "It's breathtaking, just as you are, baby."

"Thank you, my love." You said and pulled her shirt over your head, only for her to raise it so she could see the tattoo again. "I'm obsessed with it. I love how it turned out."

"It's stunning." She said. "Did it hurt when you got it?"

"Not really." You said, smiling as she put her arms around you.

"Tough cookie." She spoke in your ear, kissing the spot below it. "I love you and your beautiful tattoo so very much."

"I love you more." You smiled and a sweet giggle fell from your lips when she kissed your skin again, completely mesmerized over the ink on your skin; only giving her another reason to love you more.
