she won't let go when you hug her

A sad sigh fell from your lips when you realized that Jisoo wasn't in bed next to you once again.

She's been busy lately and sadly, this isn't anything new for you; you wake up most mornings without her there next to you. You quickly brushed your teeth before going downstairs with your phone in your hand for some coffee to help you tackle the day ahead.

You planned on texting Jisoo to have a good day in just a few minutes... but there was no need to do that.

To your surprise, there she stood in the kitchen. Her back was turned and she was sipping on some water. You heard her phone lock and she set the cup down on the counter.

She turned around, planning to go upstairs to you to see if you'd woken up yet, so she was all smiles when she saw you standing there.

"Good morning!"

"It is now, Jisoo. I'm so happy that you're here this morning." You went up to her and wrapped your arms around her, hugging her tightly. She giggled and circled her own arms around you, leaning down to press little kisses to the crown of your head. "I have the next few days off."

"Yay!"

She laughed and squeezed you a little tighter. You rubbed your fingers along her back and let your head rest on her shoulder. You planted a few kisses across her shoulder before tilting your head up and trying to wiggle out of her arms, but her grip was too strong and she wasn't letting go.

You laughed and upon hearing he joyous sound, Jisoo did the same.

"Jisoo! You can let go now."

"Nope, never." She shook her head. "I've been missing you lately, y/n. Wanna hold you." You hummed and buried your face in the crook of her neck, peppering kisses along her skin. "But I wanna give you kisses, my girl." You pouted slightly at her, a sight Jisoo couldn't resist.

She let go just a little as you leaned up to capture her lips in a slow and loving kiss. Her lips moved in sync with your own and out of habit her hand came up to hold your cheek until you broke the kiss a moment later.

"I love you, Jisoo."

She hummed and put her arms back around you. She loved the little laugh that fell from your lips. "I love seeing you so happy." She whispered and your smile just grew wider against her skin. "And I love you, y/n. I love you lots."
