Chapter 4

"If I'm being honest, I'd choose you as my soulmate again if I'm given the chance."

Junghwan was eagerly waiting. The café Junkyu mentioned was near his place, so naturally, he came early on. Junkyu didn't make him wait though. He came pretty soon, making the younger smile ear to ear.

"Sorry to keep you waiting." Junkyu apologised while sitting across from Junghwan. The younger shook his head, "I didn't wait long, don't worry."

"So... Have you eaten?" Junkyu asked. Junghwan nodded.

"Then, should we get some boba?"

His question was answered with a very happy nod from the other. He sure loved to eat! Junkyu ordered two bobas and then sat down again, randomly talking to his soulmate.

"Have you told anyone about it?" Junkyu asked, "That you've met me?"

"Not yet, only my friends from the train know."

"Ahh, I see..." Junkyu said. Deep inside, he felt a bit disappointed. So, the younger wasn't happy having him as his soulmate? Was he embarrassed?

Their order arrived and they took the cups to drink. "Shouldn't we go do something fun?" Junkyu initiated.

"Um.. there's this park nearby... I mean an amusement park that is. If it's okay with you and all..." The younger mentioned. To be honest, he was quite hesitant to share his idea because he wasn't sure whether Junkyu would like it or not.

"Sounds great!" Junkyu exclaimed. He extended his free hand for Junghwan to take, "Let's go!"

Junghwan smiled as he intertwined his fingers with Junkyu's. Junkyu didn't quite realize but it actually made him feel euphoric. Maybe there's one more thing other than Junghwan's eyes that he could get addicted to.

The two walked to the park. All the time, Junkyu didn't let go of the younger's hand. He was well aware, and a constant spark ignited in him all through the walk. Junghwan was just as happy. Their locked hands were swinging together in a gentle rhythm by the time they reached the park. Junkyu only let go of his hands to buy tickets. Junghwan's hand in his grip was warmer than the other one, he took the hand to his lips and subtly touched his lips with it.

"Let's get inside." Junkyu smiled. Then he noticed the younger with his hands near the lips.

"Are they cold?" Junkyu asked. He thought Junghwan was blowing air on them.

"No. It's nothing." The younger replied. However, Junkyu didn't buy that. He immediately took Junghwan's hand again. Not that the latter complained!

"Hyung, let's go ride that!" Junghwan pointed at the roller coaster. Junkyu looked amused.

"Let's go!"

The ride itself was amazing. Adding Junkyu's happy screams and Junghwan's loud fits of laughter- the ride became even more enjoyable. To assure safety, Junkyu was tightly grabbing Junghwan's clothes, the younger had his hands in the air. They had a wonderful time together in that fun ride.

"You laughed so hard, Junghwan ah! Never knew you were a fan of scary rides!" Junkyu spoke with a hand on his stomach. He was still smiling wide. Junghwan giggled, "And never knew you would scream this much."

Junkyu pouted at the younger teasing him. Junghwan found that extremely adorable. Without knowing himself, he stared at those lips.

Luckily, Junkyu was too invested at the cotton candies he saw.
