Floating frames securing stunning photographs hanging on the walls, arranged as a bigger piece that makes a whole new image, and colorful fabrics connected by strings in the white plafond.

I passed along the installation art alley and headed through the opposite direction with a sign that says mixed-modern section.

I have no clue what gotten into me that makes me spend my weekend, and only rest day I have, by entering this newly opened gallery five blocks away from the company I'm working. There's a plenty of people inside checking out amazing art pieces. It's the weekend, so no wonder a lot of them we're free. But me?

I am supposed to be in my bed sleeping. But unfortunately my senior called and told me to go to the office and bring the project design I am working on personally but when I arrived at our office she's not there, so I just left it on her table after an hour of waiting.

I'm walking slowly passing different art pieces. Different sizes of canvases, showing each unique techniques, and colorful concepts hanging on a grey wall when my phone suddenly ring.

"Hello Ma'am," I said as I answer the phone while walking on the hallway.

"This proposal sucks, change it all over again," she said straight away, without saying hello, and even apologizing for making me wait for an hour without a proper reason.

I knew it from the start, I totally knew that my proposal is going to be rejected again for the fifth time, and it's starting to piss me off somehow.

I keep changing my design to her likings even though my colleagues says that the design I made was already outrageous, still she said it sucks. I keep thinking ever since I work there 6 months ago, if she's mad at me or something because the way she treats me is far from what she shows to everybody else in the office.

We were in good terms on my first few months as an intern but she suddenly change after one incident where the director of our team chooses my design over hers. Since then she keeps complaining about my work and I can't do anything at all because she's my senior.

"Change the product color, and put some more highlight on the packaging." She complained.

"Yes Ma'am," I just answered, I don't want to lose my job yet.

"And the font..."

She keeps talking but something caught my attention that makes me stop.

I didn't notice that I reach the last canvas, and now I am standing in-front of a huge piece at the very end of the hallway.

It's a plain canvas with just a simple dot in the middle.

It completely outshine the other paintings because it lacks colors and seems to be empty at all.

It's plain, but it's somewhat unique.

"What do you think?" someone asked that startled me.

"Okay Ma'am I'll change everything," I said, and hang up the call right away.
