"I think I'll get fired"

Justin and Stell stopped talking to look at their female friend slumping her head on the table. The three of them are taking a break in the company's cafeteria. Work wasn't hectic so they had the chance to eat lunch together, despite working in different departments.
"What do you mean?" Justin asked and that was the cue for Adelaide, their friend omega to lift her head in worry. Hurriedly she leaned forward to the two men and asked. "Do I still smell?"
"Smell?" Stell asked in surprise but Justin answered his question. "She meant her scent."
"No seriously! Is it strong? I swear I drank my suppressants" She asked and Justin tried smelling her, a small whip of sweet pea entered his nose but it wasn't potent enough for the alpha.
"Yeah but not much" He answered and drank his coffee but that wasn't enough for Adelaide to cheer up. She only sighed and slumped her head again on the table.
"Hey what's wrong?" Stell asked unable to detect the problem. He's slow when it comes to Alpha and Omega scents, maybe due to the fact he's only a beta. He did become curious about what his scent smells like however according to his friends, his scent emits like fresh strawberries with a mix of honey whenever they get the chance to hug each other and sniff his neck.
He then heard Adelaide groan in frustration.
"The boss glared at me." She cried and both men widened their eyes.
"Boss? You mean the C.E.O?" Stell asked and the omega nod."I don't know why he glared at me, I only came to his office to deliver the proposals but the moment I went in there he suddenly shot his eyes at me." She cried louder. "Am I gonna get fired?! Stell what should I do?!"
The man wrinkled his forehead. "I don't know! You know omega employees try to avoid him."
It is true, a lot of omega workers do their best to avoid the C.E.O Felip Jhon or better known as Ken Suson. A renowned Alpha in the fashion industry. There is nothing wrong with the Alpha. Expect for the fact that the man kept glaring at every omega he sees, his strong scent of black coffee fills the room the moment an omega step near him and that was enough for them to avoid contact with the Alpha. No one still knows why their chief act that way but nothing has happened so far with the employees like Adelaide. They can still communicate with the boss but only in business matters.

Unfortunately, Stell is Ken's secretary. Well hopefully enough, the Alpha is neutral to his presence, they never talk outside the business. He is serious and somewhat cold to his employees, but he has talent and that's the reason why his company is successful. His brand is in high demand in the fashion industry. One of the reasons why Stell looks up to this man. He's astonished by the Alpha's mere presence, he liked working next to Ken and he's proud that he works under him.
If you don't look at the part where he scares off omegas.

"I don't get our boss, I mean from what I know he has an omega fiancé right? He sometimes visits the company." Justin said and Adelaide nod in frustration. Stell joined in the topic, "His name is Josh Cullen right? The heir of Santos Company."
Josh is a popular omega known for being an heir to their family business, the Santos company that specializes in making graphic games. The Suson and Santos family have been friends since the beginning of their trade hence, not surprising to join hands using arrange marriage. Sometimes the dominant omega would visit Ken in his company. Stell has interacted with the petite man and he's charming, a little bit intimidating but nothing scarier than the C.E.O.

Speaking of his boss, Ken requested a coffee. "I forgot I have an errand after lunch, I gotta go." The beta smiled and stood up.

That was the fifth one today. Stell said to himself as he lay his take-out coffee on his working table. Adelaide wasn't the only omega who shared their uncomfortable experience with the Alpha. Stell is a friendly one and almost everybody in the company knows him so it wasn't a piece of surprising news on what Adelaide had said. She isn't the only one who complained at the beta.
Stell then looked to his right and next to his table is a large aluminum glazed double door, the glass is fully glazed thus the man isn't able to peek inside the room. The man then again lifted his ordered coffee and reached the telephone laying on the table, tapping a specific button on the number pad and raised the handset to his ear.
