Long Night

Pony had went home after sleeping by accident, His brother was gonna skin him for sure, I was cold, and hungry, and mostly cold. I talked to pony about killing myself, I really wanted too being honest, I had a shitty life, my parents hated me, I couldnt go through town without worrying if I was gonna get jumped. Only reason why I didnt do it yet was cause of Dally but Im not sure if he was mad at me still or not. Pony was a good pal but it was different from actually being in love, I love him more then everything I did love left in this world. I then woke up from pony who just scared the shit out "come on Johnny, we're running away." He blasted and I got up and we were on our way running through the lot until he stopped. " Take it easy. "You got a cigarette Johnny, Im scared." He said crying. "Dont be man your scaring me, What happened." I asked. "Darry hit me,
We got along fine until Mom and Dad died. Now he can't stand me." I was actually shocked, Darry got impatient alot but he never hit Soda or Pony, "I think I like it better when the old man's hitting me. At least he knows I'm there." I let out. "Let's walk to the park. Maybe I'll cool off enough to go home. " he said "Ain't you about to freeze to death?" I replied "You're not kidding. Got a light?" He asked. "Found this butt, man. Here."

We walked through the park, then we seen a jungle gym and climbed on top of it. We lit our cigs then I froze again, but then got myself together and let out. "Look what's coming."
" This is our territory." Pony said.
"I bet they're looking for us. Want to split?" "Stay cool."

" What do you know" the one with the ring cherrys boyfriend, Bob. "They're drunk." Pony whispered "its that guy with the rings!" I said. "Aren't these Greasers who... ...tried to pick up our women?" Bob let out. "hey, You're out of your territory. Better watch it!" I let out "No Pal, you better watch it!" His buddy said. "You guys know what Greasers are? White trash with long, greasy hair." Bob said and thrown his liquor on pony. "You know what a Soc is?" Pony said. "What?" "White trash with Mustangs and madras." And he spit on them, after that we started running as fast as we can. " Johnny, run!" Pony yelled and but I tripped, I tried to get up but someone kicked me "Stay down pal", I heard things like grab his arms then I heard water splashing. They ere gonna drown him, I slipped my hands in my pocket and felt my knife. I grabbed it and attacked and stumbled up, I ran up to the soc and stabbed him. Thats the loudest I ever heard a man scream. His friends noticed "Oh shit" I heard one of the guys scream, they all ran off. Bob fell on the ground. I took Ponys body and layed it on the ground. I felt his pulse and he was still breathing, so that was good, I looked a bob then felt my mouth drop, I fell on the ground and sat on the edge of the stone, I then looked at my hands and was frozen. I just took a life away.
