Midnight, at Ryder's room at Skull's lair.
"Kill someone to save someone? Will it actually happen?" Ryder asked himself.
"As if you do not want to kill someone yourself, Ryder!" a voice in his head.
Ryder clenched a fist.
"No, it shouldn't happen."

The heavy footsteps of someone running are heard in the corridor of Reaper's lair.
"Spare me, please! I still want to live!" someone pleads as he runs away from the person behind him.
He finds his way out and thought of his escape when he bumped into someone wearing an Eagle mask.
"S-Sir, please help me! The Anonymous is gonna kill me if he finds me!" the person pleads.
The person in front of him nodded before pulling him out of the woods then meeting someone at the end.
"Boss, who is he?" Steve asked.
"He asked for help," he looked at the man, "we have to tie your arms for our safety!"
The man obliged so Steve tied the man's arms and also blindfolded him. The person with the eagle mask removed his mask when the man is finally blindfolded, it was James who was just entering the Reaper's lair.
"What happened?" James asked the man.

Back at the Reaper's lair.
Anonymous placed a letter on top of Ryder's table before asking Ryder to sit with him.
"Wanna know his story?" Anonymous said, slightly giggling.
Ryder was prompted to look at the table but there is only the letter that is placed atop it, unlike in the past missions that there would be a picture of the sinner.
"Who is it?" Ryder asked.
"Will you carry out your mission if you know?" Anonymous laughed, "a glutton who cares only for his stomach's calling, callous of the people around him. You might even know the person with a name that starts with L," he laughed harder.
Ryder was confused to what Anonymous is pointing out, he cannot piece together what was said to him and only looked at Anonymous.
"I don't think that you still need to know his story, you may already know," Anonymous said before standing up.
It finally snapped Ryder's mind when he heard of the last sentence Anonymous said and how Anonymous looked at him that even with his mask, Ryder could only imagine the big smile that he is wearing behind it. Ryder no longer uttered a single word and so as Anonymous, then Anonymous left Ryder who was still processing his thoughts.
It was some time later when another person entered Ryder's room.
"Ryder, I need to get you out of here tonight!" said James.
"M-My friend," Ryder uttered as if involuntarily, "he may be in danger," he looked directly at James.
"I have the answer, Ryder. Let's go!" told James before pulling Ryder out of his bed.
Ryder wore his mask then both found their way out through the tunnel underneath Witch's room.

At the Skull's lair, they were met with Maya holding down a person who is cuffed and blindfolded.
"Who is he?" Ryder asked.
