Chap. 5

Obito's pov

I woke up from the storm going on outside, I could tell it was bad. The thunder was pretty loud and the wind was slamming against the windows. It was 10:15 at night so iv only been sleeping for about 30 minutes, I hear my door open a little, I move my head to see why it was open, it was Kakashi "hey Kakashi, something wrong?" I asked, he looked scared for some reason "I-I can't fall asleep...I don't really like storms" he said quietly, he really was just like a kid "do you want to sleep with me tonight?" I asked sitting up, he gave me a small nod and walked over to me. He lied down next to me and closed his eyes, I did the same. I could feel Kakashi shaking a little every time there was thunder or loud rain, I didn't really know what else to do so I hugged him and started to play with his hair, he stopped shaking and calmed down. I knew what I was doing was considered cuddling, my heart wouldn't stop racing. Kakashi fell asleep, I was there still playing with his soft hair, it was hard for me to fall asleep, all I could think about is Kakashi. I wonder if he possibly has the same feelings as me, I wonder what he would be like if he was given a normal life, would he still be as shy and cute? or would he be a top compared to me?

After a while of thinking, I fell asleep.

The next day, in the morning. Kakashi's pov

I felt something warm around me, I was still really tired so I shifted my body closer to the warm embrace. When I did, I felt the embrace get slightly tighter around my waist and back, I didn't mind what it was right now, my body was really tired and the heat felt really nice. "Hey, Kakashi" I heard someone say, I recognized the voice but I still flinched a little, it was Obito, he had his arms wrapped around me and our legs were tangled together. I felt it weird to move so I stayed there and hoped Obito didn't realize the awkward position we were in. "G-good morning, Obito-Kun," I said trying to hide my face with the blankets so he didn't see my face heat up. I heard him chuckle and he started to play with my hair, he does that a lot, and I honestly enjoy it, I hope he enjoys it too and doesn't just do it because I like it. We sit there for a while longer, for some reason I felt so tired, I remind myself that there was a storm last night and I went to bed pretty late, not to mention this is the most comfortable bed iv slept on in years. Obito's warm body didn't help "I'm ganna go get ready for the day and make breakfast, do you wanna stay in my bed until your ready to get up?" He asked, I nodded since I was too shy to speak from being in such a close position to him. He slowly got up and went into the bathroom, I heard the water going off so I assumed he was brushing his teeth, I rolled to the other side of the bed and the bedsheets kinda got wrapped around me, I didn't mind so I just left them until I get up. I hear the door open, I looked over and saw the 'dog' as Obito said it was, come over to me and sniff my face. I closed my eyes tightly, I didn't want to move and attract more attention to me, the dog then got up on the bed and started to lick my face, it felt weird so I tried to cover up my face but the dog didn't stop. Obito came out of the bathroom and laughed a little "come on, get off of him Kai" he said to the dog, the dog then fell over on its back so its underbody was showing, it was as if he was waiting for something. I didn't know what to do so I just looked at its face making eye contact with it. Obito chuckled, he then walked over to 'Kai' and...stretched his belly...was this a sort of loving contact?... I was concerned so I did the same, and Kai seemed to like it, it was really weird but he seemed happy, so I continued, it felt nice to make something happy, even if I don't know what 'it' does or lives for. I wonder if there's a way to make Obito-Kun happy like I made Kai happy, does Obito like getting scratched there too? maybe not, I wouldn't find that comforting at all. However I do like it when he scratched around my ears, maybe Kai likes that too? I decide I was awake enough and got up to see what Obito was doing, when I got up I started to smell something good cooking, I walk into the kitchen where the smell was and Obito was making breakfast, he does this 3 times a day and stands there sometimes for 2 hours or more just making food for the 2 of us, I felt bad. "Could you maybe teach me how to do that so I can help?" I asked, Obito looked over at me and gave me a warm smile "sure" he said, he told me to go over to him so I did, he gave me that pan and he got behind me helping me stir the eggs. I could feel him breathing on my ear as he told me what all needed to be done with the food, and each time I blushed harder, Obito told me to stir the eggs every once in a while, about 30 seconds at a time so they can cook, and then he walked away and got some bread out and made toast. I finished the eggs by the time Obito was done with our toast, he helped me turn off the stove and clean up, then we ate breakfast. We talked for a bit as we ate, he said we would be going to the mall to find some clothes, I was happy to go see another cool place and spend time with him. We finished food and cleaned up the table, he gave me some black sweat pants and a light grey T-shirt, and a white hoodie that showed my shirt. He wore dark grey sweat pants with a black T-shirt with a darkish blue hoodie that covered up his shirt, I put on a black mask and hid my ears and tail, and we headed out, we always found something to talk about, whether its the weather, the song on the radio, or what we even dreamed of last night. We finally got to the mall, there were tons of little stores inside and we went into the nearest one with clothes, when we got in a nice lady came up to us and started talking and telling us something about 50% off, Obito seemed to understand but I didn't, I just acted like it (I haven't a clue whats going on here, but ill act like I do! -Famous Naruto words) when she was done talking she showed us some clothes. Obito asked what looked good to try on, I just told him to pick since I didn't really know what all looked good, he understood without me having to explain in front of the lady. "Let's try on this hoodie and these jeans, we will try that shirt on as well," he said as he grabbed the clothes and pointed at the shirt that was hanging up really high, the lady nodded and got a stick and brung it down and gave it to Obito. We went into a small room and he placed the clothes down on a bench "ill be waiting just out there, put these clothes on, and if you like them we will get them, ok?" Obito said, I nodded and then he walked out and I shut the door and locked it. I put on the clothes like I was told and looked in the mirror, my jeans were black and mainly ripped on the thighs, the shirt white and had a red and white simple on the side (it's champion) and the hoodie was dark grey with white strings. I walked out of the room and I saw Obito get off his phone and saw what I was wearing "It looks good on you, does it feel comfortable?" he asked, I simply said 'yeah' and so we folded them up and put them in a pile, we bought a few more clothes, as I was looking at the clothes next to me I was ganna try on next, I saw something hanging on the side of the wall, it was long and red, it looked very pretty so I tried it on, there was also I black leather jacket hanging behind it so I tried that on too. I zipped up the back of the long clothing and then put on the jacket, it felt nice, the clothing was silky and smooth and the jacket was warm and had some fur on the inside, I took off my mask and looked in the mirror, then I heard a quick knock "yes?" I asked "hey, I just found something you could try on if you want" It was Obito "ok, you can come in, I'm dressed,," I said, I then remembered that I wasn't in the clothing he had brought me and I panicked, but it was too late, he came in the door and sat there for a minute, just stood there and didn't say anything, I could tell he was looking at the clothes I put on. "I-...s-sorry, I just saw this and I kinda liked how it looked so I tried it on!" I said trying to explain why I wasn't in the other clothes, he didn't look mad that I was in other clothes, honestly, I wasn't sure what he was feeling, he sat there and it looked like he was running a fever, out of now where I saw some blood run down his nose dripping onto his chin, I panicked and started to stutter really bad and started to shake him since it seemed he was daydreaming.
