WANTING TEN

PAGEANT DAY

Ito na ang araw na matagal ng hinhintay ng lahat, samantalang ako ay kinakabahan pa din. "Formation girls okay?" sabi ng organizer, nandito kami ngayon sa likod ng stage para sa lining namin mamaya.

"Don't be nervous Xayrille it's okay" pagpapakalma ni Ash sakin, magkasunod lang kasi kami, una lang siya. "I'm afraid, what if I mess up?" tanong ko she smiled at me. "Trust yourself, our friends is supporting us don't worry" sabi niya

Tumango ako sa kanya bago huminga ng malalim "Thank you" sabi ko nginitian niya naman ako, Ash used to it, she used to smile at crowded people, she use to walk with so much fashion, cause she was born to be like that.

A rich and elegant woman.

Nagsimula na ang pageant at habang isa-isang umaakyat ang lahat ay lalo akong kinabahan kaya mo to Xayrille. Nginitian muna ako ni Ash bago nag fighting sign sakin, ganun din ako sa kanya.

Rumampa si Ash sa may stage, and as expected the crowd was so loud. I also see our friends cheering for her. "Hello everybody, standing in front of you, a lady with the beautiful name, Ashantie Venice Mendez-Bautista from Business Class I'm first year college, and proud to say, I maybe the daughter of the owner of this university, I will get the title of being the Queen of the University cause I deserve it, and I believe I can do it on my own"

All of the students in the crowd shouted more, she's full of confidence as she spoke and walk. Nang maka baba siya ay ako na ang sunod. Sinenyasan niya ako ng goodluck kaya tumango ako bago umakyat sa stage.

Kasabay kong naglakad yung boy candidate ng year and strand namin, rinig ko ang sigawan ng mga blockmates ko at ng mga kaibigan ko. Then I smiled more when I saw my best friend smiling and cheering me on the crowd.

"GO XAYRILLE!! GO XAYRILLE!! GO XAYRILLE!!"

I heard my friends shout so I smiled with full of confidence as I walk, until we reach the middle I smiled.

"Wanting that this day is such a good and beautiful day to all of you like this lady in front of you introducing herself to everyone, Xayrille Kein Brayle-Chua proudly representing First Year from Industrial Arts, and I'm standing here with full of confidence and full of support by my blockmates and friends..."

After kong magpakilala ay rumampa na ulit ako at bumaba ng stage, sinalubong naman ako ni Ash at kasama na niya pala sina Charm, Fin, Chloeh at Sapp.

"Gaganda ng mga introduction niyo" puri ni Charm samin kaya napangiti na lang kami "Grabe yung tibok ng puso ko kanina" sabi ko dahil pigil talaga yung kaba ko, binisita lang kami nila Chloeh sa back stage dahil after nun ay bumalik na ulit sila sa pwesto nila.

After magpakilala ng lahat ay muli kaming umakyat sa stage para sa rampa. After nun ay nagpunta din kami sa kanya-kanya naming spot para mag-ayos sa next round.

Pagpasok ko doon ay nagulat ako ng ang bumungad sakin ay si Sapp at Sammy "Ganda mo girl" tuwang tuwa na sabi ni Sammy saken "I invited her, and we're so proud of you" sabi ni Sapp kaya tuwang-tuwa naman ako.

Dumating naman si Mom dala ang mga damit ko na pamalit, we have four categories, Introduction, Talent, Question and Answer Portion and the last Announcement of the Winner.

I change my clothes into simple dress, color sky blue, it's just a simple dress, off shoulder it's just for talent. Mom help me with my make-up while Sammy help us with my needs, same to Sapp.

After that, Mom just put my hair on bun pony tail. I look my reflection on the mirror "You really stunning Bes" Sammy praise me I smiled at her. We took us photos, and after that, All my friends enter the room.
