Hospital stay

Natalie's pov.

I slowly woke up in a room with no lights and 1 person knocking on the door. I looked at the door and saw an unfamiliar person. he walked in and moved the curtains so light could come through the window.
"Hey, remember me?"
"Kinda"
"How are u today?"
"Um, everything is just a blur"

"It's too much for you to start walking yet, you had a cardiac arrest, but there is already significant improvement from where you were so we should get u outa here pretty soon"

"I'm not su-"

He cut me iff to ask if i knew his name
And when i told him i didn't know he frowned as to say "well this is going well"

"Sooo...it says here that your father, luke hemmings had walked to the basement door and smelt gas, then he passed out. and you went to see what was wrong, but there was a fire down there. according to his markings on his body, looks like you dragged him by the front door and then you went unconscious, and the fire spread, it went near the front door where you guys where. the fire got one of his arms but not bad, You also got burnt on your arm and stomach."

"He's not my father"

"Well it says here he adopted you...?"

Well ok i see his point but seriously he's like 5 yrs older than me, did he happen to have a kid at the age of 5? No

I stared at him and gave no answer

"Ok, well when we brought you back to the hospital you woke up then immediately went into cardiac arrest, which means you where in the house for about half an hour, so the smoke went to your lungs and up to your heart. that's not the best place for smoke to go, but if don't get help for your heart to get back on track, you will experience hart attacks, so ill write out a prescription for that if it gets worse you can cone to me and ill give you something different"

The doctor walked out of the room and the pain started kicking in
