Lunch

Ashton's pov.

Luke fell asleep watching finding dory on TV,
I was dosing off too.

"ASHTON!"
My eyes went from closed, to wide open in two seconds.

Luke also woke up, both of us startled, we looked at Michael.

"What?!"
Luke was really mad.
He was red on his face.

"I found Nat-"

"Is she ok? Where is she?" I could see he was clenching his teeth

"She's ok, she got burned pretty bad but, she'll be ok." I bet I was looking confused.

"As I was trying to sayyy."
Michael looked over at Luke with an irritated look.
"I'm going down to the cafeteria, to get me and her some food, wanted to know if Ashton wanted to join since he hasn't met her yet."

"Sure I'll go, what do you want me to bring?"

"Just you, I don't know. what do you want to bring? It's just lunch"

Luke gave me this "don't you dare even look at her" look

"Ok, well...ready to go?"
I looked so stupid sitting there.

"Ya lets go" Michael was walking out the door.

"Wait, can you bring me back pizza?"
Luke was hoping we wouldn't forget, but Michael came back around the corner and gave him the "ok" sign then walked away.

I followed him down to the cafeteria, and entered paradise.
It was like food heaven, I never seen so much in my life.

I got a tray and started passing by everything. I ended up getting lasagna, chicken, soda, candy for later, cheese cake, and chips.
Sounds disgusting, but I was in paradise.

Michael got a sandwich, chocolate cake, 5 slices of pizza, and more pizza.

We headed over to Luke's room so we could drop off his food and found Calum in there. apparently he went for a walk around the hospital or something.

her room was only 3 halls down.

*michael knocks on door*
"Come in!" Her voice was beautiful.
Michael walked in and I followed, still carrying my food.

He set his stuff down at her table and started unloading her stuff.

"Michael, I can do it. I have hands you know."

"I know...i just don't want you to hurt them more" Making him no doubt feel stupid. I put my stuff on one of the chairs, and went to go Introduce myself.

"Hi, my name is Ashton, and your Natalie right?"

"Yeah thats me, nice to meet you."

"My pleasure."
Oh god she was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen
No wonder Luke gave me such a look.

"Soo, how old are you?"

"16" she said as she took a bite of her sandwich.

"Cool, so Luke adopted you?"

"Um...yeah?"
I could sense I was making her nervous.

"Oh no reason" I didn't mean for her to get all nervous...
I like this one though, she's different.
