What do we go home to?

Natalie's pov.

I exited the bathroom with my hair in a bun.

"do you guys wanna go home faster?"

"What do you mean?" Calum all the sudden got interested.

"Well, you guys can follow my fire truck, I can turn on my sirens so no one is in our way."

"Who are you?"
Ashton turned around, slightly annoyed I think. he looked angry...

"I'm the guy that pulled Natalie out of the burning house. who are you?"

"I'm her... um... friend."
He looked like he didn't know what he was talking about.

"Ah, ok, so...you guys wanna follow me?"

"Not yet! Now that I know I can walk, I need to see my dad!"

"I'll take you" Calum extended his arm like a gentleman, letting me hold his arm while I wobbled along

We went across the hall and turned left. we got to the door and he came out of he bathroom with a long sleeve shirt and skinny jeans.

He looked up and we made eye contact.
"Dad!"

"Oh my god, you said dad."

We hugged until it became awkward for Calum.

"Do you want me to call you luke?"

"I don't care, I'm just surprised. So, the doctor said we cal leave soon, I just have some paperwork."

"Ok... um, I have a question." I looked at Calum hoping he would have the answer.

"Shoot" he got out his phone, and started texting someone.

"Is there enough to call home now? I mean, how much did the fire take?"

"Just downstairs. Ashton can share a room with me. and Luke can sleep in the upstairs living room. we're going to be ok, I always cover everything."

"Oh ok. oh Luke! I wanted you to meet the guy who pulled us out of the house!"

"He's here?" He started filling out the papers already

"Ya, he is in my room!"

"WHAT?" He shoved the papers to the floor, and started walking over to my room, Calum gave his the number earlier. He was half way down the hall when I fought up to him.

"Luke what are you doing?"

"Finding out what he is doing in your room."

"He wanted to take us home!"

He slowed down a little. letting me walk with him.

"I waned you to meet him later but I guess nows ok"
I mumbled

We entered my room, watching Ashton basically pin him to the wall asking questions.

It was really awkward but we walked in he acted like they where having a good Friend kind of talk.

Obviously they where not, but... oh well

They introduced themselves and Luke was pretty good with him, for a second I thought he was gonna punch his face in.

"Soo, how about that ride?"

"Oh yes please! Thank you so much."
Luke was apparently making a friend.

"So, it was nice meeting you, and nice saving your sister." Theo looked at me with glowing eyes

"Umm.. T? That's my dad..."

"What?"

"I adopted her" he looked into him like a hawk.

He explained as Calum Walked into the room.

"Sooo, ya! That's my dad, and um, ya."

"Um...ok, got your stuff? Looked like everything is good to go."

"Ya I'm just going to get my papers." I walked with Luke as he got his papers in his room.

-time skip-

We got home, and Theo left

"Man this place was pretty burnt."

"Well duh Natalie."
Calum sharply said

Luke gave him a look, that said "don't you dare!"

We went up stairs, to show me my bedroom. we went to the door, and I opened it slowly.

I felt like breathing on me, probably as nervous as I was.

I looked at my new room again, with white walls, a bed with tons of pillows that didn't match, a dresser and a big walk in closet. I walked out into the closet, and there was super cute clothes in there that I hadn't seen before.
I walked back out into the room and sat on the bed.

"This is more than I could ever ask for."

"Then it's ok?"

"No, it's amazing! Thank you."

He blushed a little and then I saw some flowers in a vase on my nightstand also, that hadn't been there before. I took off my shoes and felt the rug beneath my toes.

I noticed a card behind it with my name on it.

I Slowly opened it looking at him.

I started reading it, and...it was...
