Visser entered our room with his specs on. Ang buhok niya ay nakaayos, at ang suot niya ay simpleng pambahay lang.

Honestly, This is the first time I saw the nerdy look side of him. Bukod sa pagiging hot, mas naging matalino siya sa paningin ko.

“Hi, sweetie..” Tumabi siya sa akin sa higaan at pinupog ako ng halik sa ulo. What was that for? may kailangan ba siya?

“Well, actually… I was hoping we could discuss the case I’ve been working on,” He gave me a sly smile. “Iyong sinabi ko after we did—”

“Eriv, it’s past midnight. Can’t it wait until morning?” I asked him.

Well, hindi pa naman talaga ako inaatok ngayon. Siguro, tinatamad lang ako dahil nga gabi na at sleep time na. May pasok pa bukas, eh.

“Not this one. It’s quite urgent and involves a very handsome client.” He said.

I grinned. “Oh, sige nga? ano ba ‘yan?”

Tumayo siya sa ibabaw ng kama at hinila ako sa magkabilang braso, kaya naman napaupo ako mula sa pagkakahiga.

“This client wants to sue his wife for negligence.” He replied seriously.

I see. Annulment case ba? eh, bakit kailangan niya pa ako? Kukunin niya rin ba akong advisor... pero ang sabi niya ‘yong kaso na pinag usapan namin no’ng nag ano kami?

“Negligence?” I arched my brows. “On what grounds?”

“He claims she’s been neglecting their date nights.” He replied, still looking at me.

Huh? ako ba ang tinutukoy niya? sabi ko na nga ba, eh. Ibang kaso ang pag uusapan namin, tapos ginaganito niya ako. I laughed softly when he pulled me to stand.

“Is that so?” I asked, smiling. “And what does this handsome client suggest as a settlement?”

“He proposes an immediate remedy,” He replied, chuckling. “A date night in our home office.”

I see. Gusto niyang samahan ko siya sa home office at doon kami mag usap tungkol sa hinihingi niya sa akin na favor, hmm? sounds great. Ang date namin ay pang matalino.

This is the first time I entered his home office. Hindi naman kasi ako nag uuwi ng work, kaya naman wala akong ganito.

It was all dark. Ang tanging ilaw lang ay ‘yong nasa study table, at ang buong kwarto ay sobrang plain. Wala ba siyang ibang gamit dito?

My mouth parted when he opened the wall. It was a library— full of books and documents are well organized. Wow.. this is the first time I saw this kind of house.

Kumuha siya ng ilang libro, pagkatapos ay binuksan ang kabilang side.. then he took another book I am familiar with..

DSM-V TR.

Bumili siya? or mayroon na talaga siya nito? kasi ‘yong ganito ko ay naiwan ko sa office ko sa NCMH no’ng hiniram ng student, eh.

“This book reminds me of you.” He said before putting the DSM-V TR at the top of his study table.

What the hell? did he just told me that I am insane in a nice way? Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders... DSM V.. Huh? I rolled my eyes on him and he just chuckled.

He opened a box and another swivel chair appears. Nakita ko rin kung paano niya hilain ang maiksing lamesa mula sa ilalim, dahilan para maging mahaba ‘yon. Wow.

He opened the lights, and gestured me to sit beside him.. sa bagong swivel chair na katabi no’ng sa kaniya.

This is so relaxing.. and comfortable at the same time. Hindi pa ako nakakabawi nang buksan niya ang wall katabi ng lamesa, at bumungad sa amin ang refrigerator na naka insert sa pader.
