Once upon a time there was a man who got lost in the mountains
But why was he even there in the first place you ask?
Well he didn't even know himself
He woke up without memory
As he kept taking another step his stomach growled then when he found a fruit tree he was glad to find that he could satisfy his hunger
But as soon as he reached for a fruit it seemed like the tree grew
He couldn't understand how that was possible
You see this tree wasn't just a tree it was infused in magic
It's roots sent a message that someone was near
Suddenly we're the man was a hole appeared
He slid down, down, down, way down that he almost thought it wouldn't end
He came to a sudden stop and bumped his head against a giant fruit
As he got up he looked around the place
Everything around him seemed to be bigger than he
His stomach made a loud sound like a growling tiger then suddenly as he was about to take a bite of the fruit something came bouncing off of the fruits
He almost didn't see it but heard it
When the thing stopped before him lots of lights sparkled around it
Then when it spoke the lights glimmered and fused away
Before him was a little girl
But unlike other little girls she had a pink star on her forehead
He thought what is a child doing in such a place...
She then asked him who he was? And what brought him to that place?
He didn't even know how to respond he couldn't remember -a thing
She then grabbed his hand and told him to follow her
She lead him to her home
When they got inside he was amazed at everything that was in the home
It looked like any other home but he knew there was more to that than anyone would think
After seeing the giant fruits he could expect anything
His stomach let out another growl and the little girl jumped
She had never heard anything like it
Then he couldn't contain his surprise at her action and she then came closer to him and poked his stomach
She asked why he had an animal inside him
He laughed and then told her it was only hunger
She was surprised now and left quickly
She came back with a bowl of what looked like stew
Hunger was turning to starvation so why would he deny a bowl of food
As he took his first spoonful he found that it was nothing like the food his ever tasted it had a taste of chunks of different meats with different tastes of vegetables
And it only had two different things something that looked orange and another that was green
What kind of food was this he thought
He kept eating until he got to the end of the bowl
She took the bowl and asked him if he wanted more
He was a little embarrassed to ask for seconds
She took his silence as a, yes
This time she brought out a few blue buns
He wasn't sure if he should try them but like the other thing he tried he gave it a try
He ripped a piece of what looked like bread and ate it
To say he almost said, no
The color wasn't how it tasted
It tasted like a fancy cake you would pay a lot for
The little girl laughed and asked him why he looked afraid to take that first bite
He was embarrassed now
He didn't know how to respond
He then said, I thought that it would have a bad taste
She looked at him and said, 'then, what does it taste like'
He responded that it tasted better than what he expected
She was happy and asked him once again if he was hungry
This time he said, no
He was full, now
Then after he finished saying what he was saying he saw a woman
She was beautiful he almost couldn't keep his eyes away
She spoke
And asked him who he was and what he was doing there?
He couldn't respond
He looked at her then to the little girl and couldn't say a word
The woman came closer and lifted her hand towards his forehead and a beam of light sparkled on his forehead
He didn't know if he should move so he stood still
The woman found that he was cheated by his friends and left for dead
They didn't want to share what they won
He was with the wrong people
She didn't know if she should tell him or keep him from knowing the truth but he had to know just in case he met those friends again
She told him what she saw and he knew that she spoke the truth
He felt ashamed but knew that he now could start off better
He then asked the woman where her husband was and if they were there alone
She told him how her husband would be back before night fall and that there were others
He looked at the little girl and couldn't help but ask the woman why the little girl had a pink star on her forehead
The woman was about to respond but the little girl said, I am a princess
The man looked at them in surprise and felt like he should bow low
Before he could the woman told him there was no need that it was good to feel ordinary
The woman asked him if he wanted to stay there
He was glad to be offered a place even when they knew his past
To be continued
