Time passed
After sometime the queen had three bundles more
He met the king and became the princesses guard
The little princess loved to go to different places
He had to be on guard at all times
Then one day he felt a longing
He didn't know for what but he knew he had to leave for a short time
He asked for some time and it was granted
As he went back to surface he found a place to rest and make camp
He lit his fire and warmed his food
As he was about to fill his bowl something scurried left
His instincts kicked up and he set up a form of entrapping what was out there
Then when he did he saw the glow
The little princess had followed him
He then rushed her back to the entrance but she wouldn't budge
She wanted to know about his world
He then decided to let her tag along because he knew she would just go along
Now that she was there he could keep her safe
Everything was well
But how would he tell the queen and king
She then told him that she left a letter
Well he thought that settles that
They both went back and ate
After filling up their bellies
They got ready to sleep and as the fire was burning off there was a ruckus
The guard stood quickly and asked the little princess to hide
She hid behind some bushes
Meanwhile he was trying to detect where the sounds were coming from
When he spotted his old friends he grew stone cold
He didn't want to go back to that life
After a few weeks his memories came back and he knew he had to keep away from his past
He found the little princess and took her in the opposite direction
He walked as far as he could until he couldn't anymore
She asked him what it was and where they were going?
He thought it would be better if he told her who they were and how they were going to a different location that even he didn't know
She was happy to know he was becoming a better person and that they would explore a new place together
As they walked they didn't know that a shadow was following them
In silence it followed
They stopped and slept what they could then went to the nearest town to find something to earn money
He found a job and she stayed in their home
When they had time they would go and explore
They saw many things
But something kept tugging at him- but what was it- he didn't know
Then one day out of nowhere something knocked him down
As he looked up there stood a woman
She looked frightened
He was just standing when she threw herself above him
He was surprised he didn't know what to do
She placed both her hands on his mouth to keep him quiet and after a few minutes she looked away and was fully red
She didn't want to be caught
She was trying to hide from a man who wanted to make her his wife
She didn't want to be forced into something she didn't feel
She was trying to feel something before anything
As she was rushing away her dress got caught on a nail
It tore half way towards her thigh
She didn't know what to do
She tried covering herself but then she heard the voice calling out to her again
She tried to run the other way but found the man she just threw herself on
They both smashed into each other when the voice came closer
He saw the fright in her eyes and knew she wanted to disappear
He then lead her to his home
The little princess saw the woman and told the guard if that's what he was searching for
He was stunned and didn't know how to respond
He couldn't deny it because he didn't know what to feel
His mind was cleared
It almost felt like it was wiped out
He then looked at both females and felt completion
Almost like everything just fit
Like it made sense
He didn't know how to say it to them but he thought, this is what I was missing
He then told the woman and she looked at him not knowing what to say
The little princess took both their hands and placed them together
A glow went through all of them
Then they all appeared back to the kingdom
How was it possible
Everyone looked at the little princess and asked how was that possible
Even she didn't know how it was possible
The queen came and saw everything and she knew what it was and she explained it to them that when things fit the little princess could bring them home
