"U know what I love about ur place jacky? " Alysha asked. Jacky looked away from her computer screen. "Hm?" Alysha looked at jacky's computer screen and said:" That u have this massive gaming setup". Jacky laughed awkwardly at what alysha said and began scrolling through wallpapers. All of the wallpapers where 4k images of these cute anime girls because Jacky likes decorating her room with them. Jacky was all focused on finding a new wallpaper and pointed at one."hey alysha, what about this one?". Alysha looked at the wallpaper Jacky pointed at and had a lil time to think. "That girl on the wallpaper seems familiar". Jacky looked at alysha. " What do u mean with the girl looks familiar? ". Alysha grabbed her phone wich was lying on the desk. She googled up a strange website. " Can I connect my screen to ur computer screen Jacky?", alysha asked. Jacky nodded and alysha connected her screen to the biggest computer screen. She showed a website where u could talk with animated people online. "This is a very fun program, just fill in ur interests and the program will pick out some anime people u can chat with". Alysha looks at Jacky with a smile as if she explained a whole new discovery. Jacky looked confused at alysha as in: what do u mean? Alysha pushed jacky aside and clicked on 'Make account'. Alysha looked focused on the account making page and said: "now jacky, what would u want for ur username? ". Jacky had a minute to think and then typed out in the username box: knifeney. Alysha looked confused at jacky but ignored her choise of username. She pointed at the password area and letted jacky make her password. " OKAY, now that that's done. U need to pick some of the interests/hobbies that are available ". Said alysha while she points at the list of interests. There where options like: sports, cooking, horror, games and for the people with a 18+ account: r18 topics. Jacky just stared at the list of options. " Why are there so many?" She said to herself. Alysha almost blocked her view and said: "is it really that hard? Just click some". Jacky looked at alysha with a annoyed face and alysha looked back in confusion. Jacky finally picked out some options: gaming, anime, nature, movies and r18 topics. Alysha looked at Jacky. " Did u just really pick out r18?" She asked. Jacky looked embarrassed and clicked submit. Both of the girls where staring at the screen as it was finding some matches. All of a sudden there was a beep and it showed 1 match. Alysha looks confused at screen and said:"thats odd, normally there are more then 1 matches ". Jacky kinda ignored what alysha said and clicked on the one available option. A little person appears on the screen and it introduced theirselfs as yuki. Jacky looked at yuki and thought by herself:"that's a cute name". Alysha looked at Jacky and hinted at the typing box. Jacky grabbed her keyboard and typed out: hi yuki. A 8bit version of yuki appeared on the screen and it looked like it was thinking of an answer. Yuki responded with: hello user_knifeney ^^. Jacky just looked at the screen."so I'm just talking to a computer program, damn". She looked kind of confused. Alysha looked at the computer and then at Jacky. "Cmon Jacky, ask yuki something". Jacky sighed and typed out a question: how are u doing today? Jacky leaned her head against the back of the chair. " I dont know alysha, this looks kinda childish". Alysha gave her a soft stomp and pointed at the screen. Yuki was typing back. Yuki responded with: I'm doing fine, how about u user_knifeney? Jacky smiled a little. "Welp, this program is kinda funny". She typed: where are u from Yuki? The 8bit version of Yuki appeared again and responded: I'm a non binary from Japan ^^. Alysha looked at the clock, and got surprised by the time. " Ey Jacky, I don't want to ruin the fun but I need to leave. It's getting late." Jacky gave alysha a goodbye hug and waved her goodbye. She returns to the computer screen and all off a sudden she saw a message that wasn't there before. The message said: now it's just us user_knifeney, so what are u doing? Jacky looked surprised, does this program know that's she was chatting to Yuki with her best friend? Jacky got back in her chair and typed out on her keyboard: I'm chatting with u, what are u doing? She looked confused and was hoping that her best friend didn't introduce her to some website that can collect ur personal data. The little 8bit Yuki appeared on the screen again and typed back: I'm also chatting with u user_knifeney and I'm enjoying it. Jacky collected up some courage and typed to Yuki: why did u say 'now that it's just us'? This time the 8bit Yuki didn't appear but there was a response. "I'm sorry, what are ur plans for today?". Jacky looked at her screen and typed goodbye. She shut off her computer and began texting her 2 friends. " Ey alysha and Bonnie, can u two meet up tomorrow. I think I found something weird". The girls replied with yes and some friendly emoji pasted behind it. Jacky looked at her computer which was off once again and then decided to go to sleep.
