Deceit

I couldn't come to terms to what I just head. I'm not entirely human, then what the hell am I. It felt like my whole world was falling apart. Was my whole life a lie? I had so many questions to ask. How long was Deaton keeping this from me. Soon my confusion turned to anger. How did I not know about this. Why did he say this wasn't the right time?

I so deep in thought that I didn't realise Jake was talking to me. " What did you say?"I asked,feeling embarrassed." I said, are you okay?" Jake said impatiently.
"What do you think?" I snapped. "I just found out that I'm not entirely human, Its a lot of information to take in" I said, anger still in my voice. " So what am I?"I asked a little more calmly.

" Too be honest I'm not entirely sure, I don't want to give you false information." Deaton said calmly. " Just tell me, I want to know what I could be." I said impatiently."Well Katy you are certainly interesting, I never head of such a predicament of yours before. The thing is that you are half werewolf."

A/N ( I know it doesn't exsist, but I decided to make it up, just for the story to have an interesting twist.)

" What do you mean, half werewolf?" I questioned. " Well like I said , I'm not entirely sure, but you obtain some abilities of a werewolf,such as healing, and fast reflexes. Although you don't obtain all abilities as a full werewolf,you are still supernatural." Deaton said.

New questions began swarming through my mind. " How is is possible for me to be half werewolf, when no in my family are descendents? " I asked becoming even more confused. "I'm afraid I have bad news to tell you but your parents are not really your parents. They adopted you at a very young age." Deaton said quietly.

" You are lying to me, my parents are my real parents. There is no way that I was adopted. First you tell me I'm half werewolf now you tell me that I was adopted. You know I always seen you as part of the family,now it seems you hav become a stranger. I shouldn't have come here. It was a huge mistake. I don't want to see you again." I yelled walking out, shaking with fury. Jake not so far behind.

"Katy what are you doing, he can help." Jake said,trying to calm me down. "I don't need his help. Didn't you here what he just said. He was lying to me. There is no way all the things that he said is true. It's not possible." I said, angrily as I got onto the bike. " I think you should listen to him, He might be telling you the truth." Jake said, still trying to calm me down." I don't care what he says, I want to go home now. I'm going to ask my folks about this crazy thought of Deatons. To prove that he is wrong" I said quickly.

After that, he didn't say anything. We didn't talk the whole time, going to my house. As soon as we arrived I jumped, not looking back at him. That didn't stop him from saying anything. " Katy please, you have to listen to him, no matter hard it may be right now, trust me everything will be okay." He shouted so I could hear him. I ignored him. I decided not to ask my parents anything, well not yet. I really think Deaton is making it up. Then I thought , why would he, he always tells the truth. Aghh I'm so confused. I don't want to tell Liam yet.

I'm sure he will think I'm going crazy. At this point, I think I am. I want to be sure, that If I really am a supernatural creature. Well half supernatural anyway. Just when my life seemed to be getting normal. I sighed. As I got to my bedroom, I was exhausted. It has been a really hectic day. I soon fell asleep, with demonic nightmares, haunting me.
