Diamond's Pov

I watched Ashleigh and Summer talk in the distance.

Hanna and Treasure were making me laugh so much my throat had gotten kinda dry.

Honestly I couldn't believe I was having a good time. I didn't know I could have a good time when I'm not by myself.

Summer went to go get ice cream for both of us, but since I was thirsty I decided to go up and wait with them.

"Ohhhh my gosh! Oouuuu, my best friend ain't gon' be a virgin no more!" Ashleigh yelped and jumped up and down excitedly.

Wow, I didn't know Summer was a virgin.. I mean, I realized we were moving kinda slow but I was okay with that. I just thought maybe she had experiences in past hook ups that lead to bad relationships like me.

I chuckled a little in shock but not in a mean way. I was just surprised.

Summer turned to me. Her eyes were wide. Damn, I hope I didn't embarrass her.

I tried to joke it off light heartedly but Ashleigh kept laying it on thick.

"Yessss, my bestfriend needs to get laid."

I swear Summer's cheeks were the same color as her bathing suit.

"I'm going back to the house" she stormed off.

Ash tried to plead and call after her, but she knew she went too far.

Damn, I don't want her to be embarrassed. It's okay. I don't think of her differently.

I jogged after her.

"Summer.." I tried to call out but she was still kinda far ahead of me.

I closed some of the distance between us and called name again

She turned looking back and groaned when she saw me following her. "You don't have to come"

She slowed down but kept walking.

I caught up to her.

"Why would I stay? I was just here for you." I chuckled.

I saw her frown break, almost turn into a smile but she huffed.

"You're being nice, its fine. I know.. I'm 23 and I haven't fucked anybody. It's embarrassing."

I sighed. "It might be embarrassing for you, but I promise it's okay."

"It's just.... I haven't had sex because, ugh I feel so guilty saying this. I don't want to blame her.... I've just been taking care of my sister since I became of age.. I never had time to think of dating, or sex."

I smiled a little slipping my hand into hers.

"I get it. I promise."

"Ughhh, I just hate being embarrassed! Especially when their suppose to be my friends. I don't do things to embarrass them."

"She was just teasing, she didn't see me walk up... now I kinda feel bad for walking up"

"No don't."

"Then don't feel embarrassed"

She giggled a little "that's not the same.... it just sucks, because now when you kiss me, all you're going to think is 'she's a virgin."

At this point we reached the house.

We walked through their side of the house, and as we did she picked up a little something to roll bringing it to my side.
