Neville smiled at the bouquet on his bed. It was quite large, obviously, Suiren was happy with his forgiveness.

He sat on his bed as he pulled out the letter with its usual, and yet unusual, amethyst calligraphy on the front.

Dear Neville,

I cannot begin to describe the relief I felt when I saw the white tulip on your robe last night. I know I said I'd wait, but it was stressful.

Again I want to apologize for what I did. Knowing how it feels, I really can't apologize enough.

Today I send you,

Hyacinth, meaning Please Forgive Me
Rue, meaning Regret
Zinnia, meaning Everlasting Friendship
And Camellia, meaning Gratitude, Admiration, Good Luck (gift to a man), and Perfection.

I still do not believe you could fully forgive me for my foolishness, however, I do hope this is a first step towards truly earning your forgiveness.

I also want to tell you how amazed I am with what you've done so far in your schooling too! I mean, a First-Year helping Professor Sprout?! That's amazing! You're incredible Neville! I doubt that's ever happened before, and yet you've done it!

Again I want to reinforce what I've told you so many times before,
You
Are
Absolutely
Amazing
Neville
Frank
Longbottom!

With much relief and much encouragement,
Suiren.

Neville smiled a bit at the letter. He couldn't deny that it was unheard of for a First-Year to be helping Professor Sprout, he'd just never thought of it that way. He did feel a little bit vindicated by Suiren having felt the worry of waiting though. He may be nice, but he did have a slight vengeance streak.

With satisfaction, Neville collected the large bouquet and put them in a vase. Once again his mind drifted to what he could write in his own letter to Suiren and how to get it to them.
