A day and a half had passed already and most of them had fallen asleep by now, yuu was sleeping snuggled against the blonde vampire who didn't seem to mind at all which was quite cute according to shinya who was watching them. "mikaela-san? Can i ask you something" "hm? Sure go ahead" shinya was surprised that he actually got answered but smiled a little and moved away sitting a bit closer to mikaela and yuu so he wouldn't have to talk too loudly and risk waking the others up. "you know quite a lot of the seraph of the end project right?" the blonde nodded not sure where this was going but curious on what the human had to say about it. "then you know yuu isn't the first one who they did it on right? That there are two others who had passed through all of the experiments" "i am aware, there is a younger girl that had caught some virus or something a couple of years ago, she did not die nor turn into a demon so i suppose they saw her fit and did it with her as well, the other one was quite some time back, like thousand of years the first one i wouldn't count on them being still alive" shinya nodded his head looking outside, both of them knew that the other knew more then what they were saying but it was an unual subject so they decided to leave it be for now.

Shinya watched how yuu moved closer to the blonde vampire clearly having it cold. Mikaela looked down at him sadly knowing that he can't provide him with any warmth seeing as he doesn't have a beating heart he doesn't provide body warmth. Vampires were never people who showed many emotions or care towards another be that a human or a vampire so shinya was quite curious about the relationship between yuu and mikaela. Mikaela carefully moved away from the wall just enough to take off his cape in order to move it around yuichiro, he never got it cold so he just hoped this would warm the human up enough.

"you try to cover it up but your way of talking is old mikaela, there are not many old vampires left except from a couple of nobles, they are said to be stronger then the ones who came after them" mikaela just hummed not seeing any importance in this conversation, he wasn't to fond of talking in the first place. "why the change in behavior? This isn't like you mikaela. All we humans hear is the name of one single vampire you do not wish to come across be that on the battlefield or simply on the streets. Just speaking out your name brings them fear. So why change this much?" the blonde finally bothered to look at the human in front of him seemed like some of the others had started waking up as well. "if you do so desire to die i won't mind doing you a favor by killing you" mikaela gently moved yuichiro awake from him and got up walking towards shinya kneeling down in front of him. "do you fear death? Tell me what is in your eyes the worst way to die shinya hiragi" shinya looked into the red in front of him, he did not see mikaela his lips move but he could hear him speak clearly. He moved backward till his back hit a wall making the vampire smile getting up and walked over to him. "do i meet your expectations now? Or do you desire to see why my reputation is the way it is?"

shinya looked nervous and they did not understand why, everyone had woken up by now and were looking at the two. It seemed like they were just staring at one another but much more was going on between them, things were happening that they could never think of coming up with. "you've faced death before have you not? What would happen if something like that happens again? Would you make it out alive?" shinya flinched making mikaela smirk a little, shinya had absolutely no idea how the blonde was doing this and to be honest, he didn't really want to know either. "Mika what are you doing?" "hm? Nothing yuu-chan don't worry" guran looked at the blonde annoyed and walked up to him ready to get some blood to spill but the vampire was out of reach before he had to change to do so. Yuu got up and handed mikaela his cape back thanking him for it. "no problem yuu-can" yuu nodded and smiled a little before looking at shinya again who still seemed a bit frozen. "what did you do to him mika?" "hm? I didn't do anything, i'll be back later i advise staying inside" yuu nodded and watched the other open the door before leaving.
